Watching a female sing this, and having to stretch to the top of her range to do it, makes you appreciate just how incredible Steve Perry's range was back in the day! By the way, Nemophila's originals blow their covers out of the water!

This band is precious. The wardrobe and costumes, the choreography, and even TAMU's cross-stick nod to STEVE SMITH...pure class. Saw a comment yesterday that rung true...emotional message for an emotional time for SAKI. MARY'S BLOOD 👑 had their last concert yesterday. 🌸✨🌠
I do believe Saki asked Eye & Mari for time off (a pause) or she'll leave Mary's Blood so she can put all of her attention on getting Nemophila off the ground. Cause Saki knows Nemophila can be the next Band-Maid / Lovebites to come out of Japan. Something Mary's Blood won't achieve. Cause Nemophila has all the pieces to accomplished their goals. Without Saki in Mary's Blood. Eye & Mari would have to find two new guitarists (Yashiro, a touring support guitarist would probably leave). Would love to see Li-sa X opening for Nemophila on a world tour. Then it'd be Nemophila opening for Nemophila since Hazuki would ask Tamu & Haraguchi-san to fill in for drums & bass for her opening band.
@@waterwalker9600 - you could see that with Saki on those promo videos from Nemophila & Mary's Blood. On the Mary's Blood promo vids. Saki is reserve. And yes I know, Mary's Blood is not her band. It's Eye & Mari's band. But when Saki is doing those Nemophila promo vids. She's more upbeat. Enjoying herself more. Can't blame her. Nemophila has a chance to go International like Band-Maid.

Yeah......they have some originals. You are not prepared. If you want your face ripped off, try Dissension. If you want you heart stolen, then try Life.
it´s just for fun. tamu is even imitating the stache and grip of journeys drummer. whole band is totally not challenged by this song. you´ve done some covers of them, but if you really want your face get melted of by them try the MV from their channel of "dissension" or "raitai". you will not be disappointed. they are the real thing.
It's a brilliant move covering Western Songs that were big in the 80's,90's and 00's. This was Nemo's formula from the beginning Entice the fans with fun covers and then unload both barrels on their originals. Do yourself a favor Rollen and check their original studio stuff as well. These girls are a Deep band as well as Fun. I think for many of us this awesome multiples of all female Rockers band's is a new tangent. Sure we had a few female bands in years past but Nothing like we have been hearing coming out of Japan. For me at this moment Japan is Easily the Entertainment Capital of our Solar System hands down.

It's funny to watch the Japanese bands having to slow themselves down and hold back on their instruments they have a tendency to play Fast loud and over-the-top so it seems difficult for them to play a slower melodic Style. Also it's entertaining when they singing English because of the accent Factor but you have to give them leeway in the vocal Department because they do not speak English with the exception of the one guitar player she has a little bit of broken English which you can see her practice in some of their interview videos
It's probably the most boring cover so far. Musically okay but expect Soaring vocals, great drumming, bass work and amazing twin lead guitars and this lacked all of it.
