Finished 4th. Got a good start (by my standards). Racer 1 & 2 start together and I know Anthony likes to run round the outside into 1 so I went wide on purpose a bit in case he was going for it. Then backed out of going up the inside of Miguel 581 into 3 and slowly lost contact with the pack again. Bit of a repeat of the prior race, although I stuck with them a bit better.
My turn 11-12 section was TRULY AWFUL this race. I lose big time there every lap. I pulled my hip flexor in the prior race by being an idiot and every time I tried to engage my left leg on the tank, even with just my calf, it was on fire. Made the transition from left to right to left absolute hell there. Which then messed up my line in 11 and made 12 awful. I figured Anthony would be right behind me somewhere and was just hoping my line would be obnoxious enough to block him. Think he hit a false neutral and fell behind in lap 4.
