I actually don't think Bravo was trying to force Nene out. Her last two seasons were not entertaining, and she did not have a storyline. They offered her six episodes. She probably would have actually appeared in a few more than that. I am pretty sure they wanted her to attend Cynthia's wedding and probably the cast trip. Maybe even make an appearance at the reunion. But what we did not need was a rehash of the same beefs and arguments she had with the other ladies for many years. Nene is taking all of this personally, but I don't think it is personal at all. I think that it was a very necessary step forward for the survival of the show. Bravo is filming three new ladies with the money they're saving from Nene, and they're probably saving millions overall.

The show is the show. People watch reality shows because they wanna see other people's drama. That's why the reality TV stars have to create drama to entertain the audience. In the first season, there was this housewives, DeShawn Snow. She was absolutely classy and everything and treated everybody with respect, never talked shit about anyone, but tbh, her storyline was really boring, so she never appeared another season.

Dianna Rose - Why do people believe NeNe is concerned about her finances. In an interview on Tamron Hall, she clearly said she quit, she was not fired. According to her, she rejected their contract offer that would reduce her number of appearances on the to 6 episodes, rather than her usual 18-23. Even in appearing in just 6 episodes, her salary would have remained the same. She still rejected the offer, although her husband advised her to accept it.
