That's because you haven't understood and mastered the skills of 1.6. Those things aren't possible with CSGO at all.

If you have skill, you'll just headshot ppl and you don't have to care about the spray pattern (I personnaly am more used to the GO-version so it's not a problem for me anymore) 2. Wallbanging as NOTHING to do with skill since you simply do the exact thing every round and just hope, you'll hit somebody 3. From a gameplay perspecitve, you're right, but VOLVO made go (a little bit) more realistic and therefore the footsteps not so clear! But I'll give you that ;D 4. Wrong! If you are a better player than someone else, you do have a better chance of killing your enemy. Otherwise you woudn't be better ! It's just an other game and in the one you can't spray with pistols, in the other one you can. What else do u have?
