Sir I lost ma baby due to severe rds and pulmonary hyper tension.he born at 39 weeks and it's a csection due to cpd(LSCS)....sir there is any chance to get this syndrome for other babies
My condolences madam. May God grant him heaven. Cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD) is when a baby’s head is too large to fit through the mother’s pelvis. It can happen if the fetus is overly large or if the mother's pelvis is small. Causes of large fetus: Mother with gestational diabetes, genetical factors, post term-pregnancy. Causes of small pelvis of the mother: prior injury, genetic factors, misshapen pelvis. Just because a mother experiences CPD in one pregnancy does not mean that she will experience it again in next pregnancies. Risk factors for CPD include gestational diabetes, fetal macrosomia, genetic predisposition, and post-term pregnancies. Please consult with your obstetrician and be on regular follow up during your next pregnancy. Take care and stay safe.
