Activity is Tone. Full flexion 2, partial flexion 1 and baby is limp 0 The presenter has made a mistake. There was no change in APGAR in last 2 decades..
activity points is for respiration at reality , and activity really measured by tone respiration : silent 0 , gasps 1, crying 2 anyone confirm or correct me ....
This did not even begin to explain neonatal resuscitation: the rate of PPV when not performing chest compressions, the rate of PPV while performing chest compressions, the amount of oxygen at each stage and when chest compressions or PPV can stop, the desired heart rate as it correlates to PPV and chest compression necessity, when to give epi...and so much more.
