People of nepal are nepalese and people who speak khas kura are nepali. In this i will say language spoken by nepali are nepali. Because khas kura language gave birth to kumoni, garwali, kashmiri and nepali as well). Even general of kashmir under dogra king was a nepali that faught tribals lead by pakistan. Kashmir has khasas tribe the same khas people of nepal that even writen in mahabharat as khasas.

I still remember when 12 Nepalese were killed in Iraq by Muslim organisation, it was then little hard time for Muslim community in Nepal. Some Muslim were beaten as they seen on the streets that time. It was the first and Iast experience ever happened in Nepal. We don't judge people by religion, cast, color. We judge here being brotherhood and being neighbourhood.

Even before Nepal was declared a secular country, people of all the religion had their rights to practice what they have been practicing. The government of Nepal is a Hindu majority government, but it's not a Hindu Government, it's the government of Nepal. There have been many ministers in the government who were Muslims, Buddhists and people from different religion. We all respect what you practice, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, or some tribal religion. Here in Nepal, even if you are an Atheist or Agnostic, it's your rights.

By people we are no diffrent. Khas kura the langauge of nepali is seen by land such as mirpur khas in shind. Shind mihnejo daro had kushan coin in stupa (budhist element). Takshila in pakistan was budhist university. Oldest univeristy of pakistan. Can we nepali say we are diffrent as a human being. What make nepal diffrent is the value we obtain. Such as touching the feet of our mother and sister and after marigae of oue wife and daughter in various festival and ceremonies. It one of the concept that vary few practice in south asia.

Once in grade 4 ,I asked a muslim girl if she eats beef. Cuz india media was showing how muslims eat beef and are burden to India. So as a curious child ,I asked if she eats beef. She was shocked and I will never forget her disgusted face. She told me how can a Nepali eat their national animal. That’s was all…..we are Nepali first and from then I never asked such stupid questions
