I love this movie because I can relate to Eddie Murphy's character in the film. Because if I was in this type of situation, I'd probably react the same way he does.
just watch the german version of this. its very funny. the german dub voice is so great and in german he said much more insulting words like asshole, bastard, son of b. and also the n word. LOL

My father looks quite nearly like him, but he's Blasian. Nevertheless, he has the same level of Egg Shen's audacity and disrespect for people even when he's trying to help them.
The funny shit is, by this point in the movie, she already knows he stay cracking jokes, he be buggin. So she totally ignores the question of the naked bum with a $100 when he first asks her. She think he just playing.
@@jakesyma49 I think she only knew right after they reached that monastery and Eddie pointed him right out in excitement upon them entering, but couldn't bring herself to intervene knowing that it was indeed her father who first made contact with the "Chosen One" back in town the way Eddie described it to her 😅. At the very least, I'm pretty sure she's well aware of what he's capable of regarding the extent of his metaphysical abilities for that matter... 🙃
I'm literally in Kathmandu now, I've been here 4x, and it's never bone cold. Wasn't he supposedly in Tibet for this movie? if up in the mountains, that'd explain it being colder. I know the characters are saying they're in Kathmandu, but it's fairly tropical here, to be honest. if right above Indian jungle country, how would it be bone cold, y'know?
In Kathmandu, No body dresses like that (beside in some cultural even) and beside that it does not get that cold that you need to put a BAKHHU (Dress that people for Mountainous region wear) on you.
Till 20 years ago kathmandu used to have chilli cold in winter, but winter these days are not cold as it used to be, probably because of global warming. Remember himalays are near by kathmandu that can make winter very cold. This movie was shooted probably 30 years ago, so winters were pretty cold. Even my sister pur bakhu though we,are not tibetan. There would fog and mist from september. But we don't see fogs these days
Kathmadu is in Hilly region so Snows arent meant to fall BUT its really cold here in winter as shown in Movie and The cultures is really diversed ( There's more Tibetan population n cultures kathmadu than Lhasa itself
