Great job on the videos, guys! Always waiting for your next trips... I wonder where do you get the Indonesian translation from? It's good, but there was some mistake in translation such as it's good (for food), should be translated to enak not bagus...
Im an Indonesian and doesnt even know this places exist, props to you guys! thank you for showing us the beautiful sides of Indonesia, and also, thank you for being so polite with the locals
sekali kali coba tour ke Jawa Tengah mas kearah wonosobo nanti lewat jalan dikiri gunung Sumbing dikanan gunung Sindoro. Keren banget..setelah itu lanjut ke Dieng. Viewnya cakep, apalagi kalau pas lewat kebun teh yang disamping gunung Sindoro
Me neither, although my father's from Magelang, I visited Magelang in 2012, seriously I know there's Nepal Van Java after watching your videos, great job men! Thanks!
Hopefully you can someday! Sending love back to Nepal. Nepal is high on our travel list and we’re hoping to make it there later this year or in 2023 🙌🏼
@@thelostboys.travel visit nepal and india. You surely will get millions of views..just come here n try street food. Lol it's famous here 🤣..u can see other videos
saya senang kalian menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik ketika kalian bertemu penduduk lokal, terus SEMANGAT, dan saya akan selalu menunggu tiap videoi kalian......
growing up in village, I can understand why these old people still continue working despite their age. my father is 68 and he's a retired construction supervisor and he spends his days growing cassava and sweet potatoes in our front yard and raising chickens and ducks in our backyard. he is used to be busy and doing something that staying idle will only make him ill (it happened the first months after he decided to retire). the same goes with my neighbors, they are still working in their rice field, taking 1-2 km walk from their house to their rice field every day, walking through slopes and pathway and they are much older than my father. these people are healthier than most city people who are much younger than them (probably myself included 😅). the more reason for myself to retire early and leave Jakarta and return home before I turn 40. living a simple life is the best life.
Wow that is incredible. We can only salute and admire these hardworking people. It's no wonder they are healthier than the rest of us. They are constantly exercising their bodies instead of watching TV or playing on their phones. They also grow a lot of their own food which I'm sure is healthier than what we normally eat. We could all learn a lot about life from these individuals 🙏
I am so moved by the beauty this world holds. I am in awe of its magnificence in it's lands and in it's people! The 94 year old farmer is an inspiration to us all. Keep up the beautiful work and thank you for bringing the world closer to my heart
We couldn't agree more. We could all learn something about life from these older farmers. Thank you for your beautiful words and constant support, Lisa 💕
I really appreciate you guys and of course antonio for being so kind and polite to some elderly locals and thankyou for putting a big effort to shot the view! it is so amazing, no words are enough to explain my grateful. thank you! i know it's def a long ride and it's not easy to explore the gems when you don't really know the languange but i really appreciate it^^ please don't stop exploring the world >

The lost boys ... Always having "lost"... Went deeper to community thats why you guys always find something new/different as traveller... Stay well guys ..!
Glad to see you again guys. I've been there in August 2021. It's a beautiful place with a mountain view, fresh air and local farmer. I bought some broccoli and carrots, the veggies are so fresh. Really excited to go in there next time. Thanks, guys for reminding me about this place.
4:40 Agreed, Indonesia so far is the best place I've visited I have to say. And I got to see a lot of just the normal people and their lives there because It was a visiting family trip.
Magelang is my grandpa's hometown. Glad you guys come visit and enjoy the beautiful Central Java😍 don't forget to try the famous "Kupat Tahu Pak Pangat" from magelang😘
Actually, I want to take you and introduce you to ancient sites (remains of temple buildings from the 7th - 8th centuries) that are widely scattered in the Magelang area, but my health doesn't allow it. Sorry. If you want, please visit the Wukir temple and Gunungsari temple (the oldest remaining stone temple on the island of Java). and please visit several waterfalls in the Magelang area. beautiful scenery. Sorry, i'm not good in English.
I've visited this place last year, had some coffee with friends above the hill. The weather indeed changes in a split second, from rainy to sunny, then suddenly cold when the fog came down 😅 But it was worth the hike (and sore leg the day after 😂) to be able to inhale the fresh air and see beautiful view of the valley and Magelang city from up there.
Yes it's totally worth it Yunita! We had an amazing time. This was Rob and Antonio's second time visiting actually, and I think they'd still come back for a 3rd if they had a chance. Thank's for watching and supporting us 🙏
Antonio, I think that food you ate was tempe bacem. Basically it's tempe, marinated in sweet soy and water, and fried. Agree with you, I can't stop eating that dish... Another great videos Rob & Cheyne!
Yes this was our first time trying it. Enak. Mixed with the sambal too…Pedas & manis, one of the best combinations. Thanks for watching, Makasih 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
A lot of vegan restaurants in US serve tempeh burger . Tempeh is a good source of protein however not many people like the fermented taste of it. People somewhat enjoy tofu more than tempeh. I personally love both.
You a guys are amazing , we can se how passionate you are doing what you doing! Indonesian American that have living in New York for 15 years ,watching you make me missing the country where I was born Like you guys know America is amazingly beautiful too.

I feel the need to point out Cheyne's Indonesian, it's really good! You three are very polite to everyone on your way, stay healthy and I wish you all great success in life.
Hmm. Interesting for an nepali here. The geography and way of life does look similar. People and culture also look similar. Looks like outskirts of Kathmandu.
@@thelostboys.travel please do come. There are alot of things to explore in nepal and remember nepal is more then just Himalayas. There are safari places like chitwan and bardia. and sports like Bunge jumping, rafting. Hill stations as well. For trekking it is among the best places in the world with many trekking routes in the Himalayas.
Thanks, Gracie! We hope you can start traveling soon. It's very difficult now with the pandemic situation but we can only hope things get back to normal soon 🙏

OMG! Hello The Lost Boys ! Thanks so much with your beautiful video from Magelang! ! To Wonosobo from Magelang , by bus or car, you can try this beautiful towns : Ambarawa, Bandungan, Sumowono (my hometown), Temanggung, Parakan and finally Wonosobo. All these regions are mountainous.... you also will see lovely landscapes and friendly people there.....Google definitely will inform you about those local tourist destinations. Been there - you are correct - it’s a fabulous lokasi - I loved the hati hati road signs showing a car getting airborne if you drive too fast on those steep roads getting up to the village - we bought a bunch of giant veggies there and had a great dinner that evening back down in Magelang. Thanks for the visit!
