I think the title is basically a joke/double meaning, in Spanish or Italian (don't remember) Va Fangool means Fuck Off but in Danish it sounds like "Hva' for en gåde" basically "What a riddle/mystery" and with the chorus being: "The two of us could buy ten shoes but can only wear two" and "We three could hoist ten flags was only born one day" and it all taking place in a bar, I guess it kinda makes sense.
