Noire is just the most stock up character and the only comedic value she has is the troll characters taking advantage of her. Lol in traditional Japanese comedy theres always a funny fool and a serious guy getting annoyed. Noire is the later.
Well, Neptune IS based off of a fictional SEGA console, and SEGA's mascot IS Sonic, who's chronically prone to falling from great heights and eating dirt at terminal velocity...
Nevermind that when she fell from the sky in the very first HDN game, the impact from her fall was so vicious that she got amnesia from it... Much like another hedgehog that looks like Sonic... Who later forms an alliance with two other people... And wields firearms... Is Neptune the Ultimate Life Form?
