The mega thunderhawk was the only accustrike that interested me, and i own. Its fun for what it is. The other accustrike blasters were just there to sell the darts -- which were cross compatible. The blasters themselves were nothing special except that they had wide open barrels. These days, the accustrike darts are replaced by dart zone waffle heads, pro darts, and bamboo darts (all cross compatible). And yes, they all offer tighter groupings than standard elite style darts. Mega accus are more accurate than standard megas too.

Tbf, accustrike darts are cross compatible with traditional blasters. Rival ammo and short darts are a marked improvement in performance over elite darts. And mega/rockets created special rules in games. Hyper ammo however is a mess; little non-foam rubber balls that bounce around, get lost, and get dirty quickly. The upcoming Mega XL i think is a silly gimmick too

Hyper is more bouncy and smaller therefore they are more easy to lose and then you have to buy more ammo

after coming back to this video, I kind of agree with Tommy on this nerf scam. I do not hate nerf though, however, I just wish that when nerf guns are distributed in stores. I wish they can supply the blasters with extra nerf darts in the packaging whenever we buy a nerf gun or in case we run out.
