Technically, yes you're correct. But from a practical in-game point of view it's a nerf. And they fixed this much quicker than they did for the Scavenger Shell, Unknown Seraph, Ardent Imugi, and the Nether. Maybe throw Cruel Angler in there too.
I want one so bad but when I looked at the 9.8 nerf my dreams are crushed because they made thr ability only active while charging and the cool down is so long
I'm not complaining! Ochokochi was straight up the worst over powered robot pixonic ever pedaled to the p2w Market. I am amused though that the extent to which they nerfed this goat demon turned it down to a petting zoo goat. I mean p2w bullies were ripping apart several titans in a single battle with this monster, Now the moment it charges into enemy territory it is turned into lamb chops.
