Another great video. We’re thinking of retiring to Spain, Costa del Sol. Your videos make it hard to choose one spot. Please recommend your favorite and still affordable places.
Thank you ☺️, I thought our videos would help but think we have confused people more 😅 Our favourite without a doubt is area between Estepona and Marbella(The new golden mile as they call it now) still affordable and a great investment. To be honest you can find affordable properties all throughout the Costa del sol even in Marbella and Benahavis. Its a matter of choosing what facilities you want. Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Benalmadena all have metro train connecting to airport. Marbella is flashy but also has great environment to live(not the town centre) Estepona is the next Marbella but very down to earth. West of Estepona is great if you prefer a quieter life but still with top facilities like Manilva, Casares, and of course Sotogrande which is the most expensive on the west side of costa del sol. Mijas is a good option as its in between Marbella and Malaga(Best of both). West of Mijas(Marbella side) is quieter and Eastwards(towards Malaga) is more party tourism. Did we confuse you more 🫣?
@@thepakspan from everything I’ve read and watched Estepona and Benahavis top our list. We have our first trip in April, a scouting trip. Mijas looks charming too. More confused, probably, but in a good way. Any chance of exchanging contact information to get additional perspective?
Hey 👋🏼 Sorry, RU-vid is weird and it doesn’t have a system to notify is for any replies of a comment. Yes of course, please send us a private message on instagram or facebook and we can continue there. Best regards :)
@@thepakspan First of all, great video! And I am looking for relative peace around my house, but also with all (luxury) facilities sufficiently close by. Is it true that you advise the Estepona area? And can you name project developers and/or reliable real estate agents whose website I could take a look around? Next month we have planned a visit to Nerja and a car visit to the Estepona area is of course always possible. I want to orient myself on purchasing a house or apartment on the Costa del Sol, depending on the possibilities. Thanks! Eric
Thank you :) you’re going to have a great time for sure as August could be too hot. Make sure to subscribe as lots planned for the summer starting from Benidorm.
The entire Costa del Sol is lovely 😍 Have you visited Costa de la Luz, right next to Costa del Sol? Mainly covered by Cadiz and Huelva provinces. We think in some parts is even better (especially the beaches ❤️).
