After unclipping the base, separate the two plastic panels on the back of the machine (the bits you removed the two screws from). Pull them away from each other. That will open up machine and you'll have access to the internals. From there it's relatively straight forward

@Tarquin it's been a couple of months now but I followed the video exactly, that was the only step I was missing. Perhaps you've missed a clip somewhere? Or do you mean they don't come apart at all? You should see an obviousl seam running down the centre, unless you have a different model.

Yeah video magically skips past the hard part 🤦🏻‍♂️ Removal of the base is mostly not necessary. The black panels need to be loosened at the top near the hot/cold lever (2 clips per panel, one either side of the lever) then it's held held in place at the bottom of black pan - a hidden clip at the front near drip tray (1cm up from the bottom) and another at the same point on the back (the panel makes a 90 degree angle with the chassis - push into the gap on the 15mm high vertical part of the black panel). Once loosened, the panels SLIDE UPWARDS not pull apart. Hope this helps someone. This video isn't great but sadly it's the only one for this model AFAICS.
