I’m a ftm! I recommend storing nb & 0-3m clothing in one drawer that way anything that’s bigger and the baby won’t use yet isn’t taking up too much space for you! Once the baby outgrows that size you can bring in the bigger size and the smaller clothes goes out. I really like desitin cream, not only for diaper rashes but my baby is chunky and has rolls so his skin peels here and there. I also use the cream for chaffing! So excited for you, no better feeling than getting closer to holding your baby ❤

I’m a first time mom too and the suggestion I got was to hang up the sleepers (zip ups) by the length not their size! Some companies 0-3 are more 0-1 month than 2-3 months! I put those in the closet and then folded his onsie shirts and pants 🤍

You should get a bottle of the dreft detergent it’s special for newborns. And co sleeping is risky it would be better if you get a bassinet. There is so many cute ones at Walmart now and on Amazon too. I got my friend one at Walmart for a good price, it has a extender to make longer and heating pad for the cold weather which is perfect since some babies don’t like to be covered and take of the blankets.
The way Gabbe reacted to all the clothes was so adorable. I remember the day I started nesting as soon as I finished I was so tired thought I would go to sleep instead I went into labor. 😅

I have a love hate relationship with that stroller. Comfortable and roomie for baby. Easy to maneuver. Hate that it takes too much space in my trunk and the assembling and disassembling sucks. However It I love it more thank I hate it. Lol I recomend buying a stroller organizer it comes in handy to store you phone, wallet, handwipes or whatever you need accessible. Much Love 💞

So cute, our babies are going to be only a few days apart 🥰 but im having my second babygirl!! For my first as a first time mom i did buy alot of things I never use haha so yes dont go crazy shopping. One thing that was definitely helpful for me was one of those multi use rolling carts. Since I didnt have help and i got a bad tear down there I couldn't move or get up as much off my bed so the cart was super handy. I had everything as for baby essentials as well as for myself. Pinterest has good ideas on how to organize it as well just search for "nursing cart" or something similar. For reference if you have no idea what i am talking about LOL.
Get dividers for the drawers because the baby things are so small and it will be super more organized and easier to see everything 😊 IKEA has them. Their like cubes
I love desitin. The blue one I put on my son daily at night b4 bed and if for some reason he gets a rash ill use the purple bottle which is extra strength and it goes away in a day or two.
I loved earth mama diaper balm it’s organic and so good for other things besides the rashes could use it to baby acne and all kinds of things 10/10 recommend

Hii Gabbie 🤍 , I just had my baby in September 😍 I’m a first time mom as well & I was going crazy thinking like what I need but I recommend no compres de mas , porque los babys crezen rápido well mine did me dejo los Newborn diapers in the 2nd week of being born crazy ! But I do recommend que compres medicina para que no te agarre a las carreras when he gets sick. For the drawers you can but the storage organizers those are a plus for me it keeps his clothes organize & catergorize! For the diaper rash I recommend Destin the purple uff life saver! To wash baby clothes I use Dreft. Dios bendiga a shrimpy & todo te salga bien while in labor and after! 🙏🏼♥️ love y’all
I recommend huggies little snugglers diapers and huggies natural care baby wipes! Also a baby wipe warmer ! If you end using baby formula use similac 360 total care ! I breastfeed too but i dont produce much milk sadly so i give my son that formula which has been great! He dont get colic and he doesnt get bowel issues which is good! Cuz most formulas can constipate ur son or give him alot of gas 😪 i use MAM bottles as well !! Life saver girl 👍🏼
I would recommend you have Breast milk bags/bottles, electric pump (Spectra works amazing) , wireless pump ( Momcozy) , stool softeners, depends (big diapers lol) , swaddles for baby , Vaseline for diaper rash or corn starch ( works wonderful) …. Don’t use any perfumes at first baby could be sensitive but baby will get to know your natural smell and gabbes too …. For cracked boobs nothing better than your own milk to heal and my biggest tip START BABY ON SLEEP SCHEDULE AS SOON AS HES BORN example 8:30pm rolls around bath time feed lights out and Nap when he does 🥰
I use arm and hammer baby detergent and snuggle fabric softener and dryer towels and you can get it all on Amazon or Walmart... Btw love how your pancita looks and can't wait to meet baby shrimpy 👶😘
Use aquaphor baby ointment ! Everytime you change his diaper put a little bit and he will less likely get a rash 🙂 my baby is 4 months and he hasn't gotten a diaper rash. Only one time but because he was sick
Things you need for you: frida mom post partum kit( thick pads, witch hazel you put on pad after birth to relief pain, comfy stretchy disposable underwear) frida mom upside down peri bottle its what you use to clean down there after birth if you give birth naturally so it’s nice and clean and prevents infections if you tear during birth and get stitches,comfortable clothes to wear for after birth, a warm blanket to take to hospital for you it’s always like a freezer in there, snacks, shower sandals, nonslip socks to wear during birth, chargers. You guys are seriously the most humble ever and wish you two nothing but the best in this pregnancy and labor! The detergent you used to wash baby’s clothes is perfectly fine! I haven’t used it, I use Dreft lol, but as long as it’s clean and fragrance free it should be ok to use. Also in terms of YOUR care after birth, your hospital will give you everything you need while you’re there!! I don’t know if things are different if you have a C-section but if you deliver vaginally they’ll give you a perineal bottle to clean your 🐱since you can’t wipe, disposable underwear, ice packs, Dermoplast and witch hazel pads. Your nurse will help you with everything! Of course you can take all your own things but generally that’s what you’ll need even for when you’re at home!! Oh and a comfy pair of pjs and granny panties 😂 TAKE EVERYTHING that the hospital gives you for you and baby!! Also something that I found out about Epidurals if you plan to get one is that they put a catheter in your pee pee hole since you can’t get up to go to the bathroom 😅 Bendiciones for a smooth and delivery, he’s almost here! 🥰💙
I also have gestational diabetes and have to do the same 4x a day it doesn’t hurt at all if you poke on the side of your finger not in the middle because you can hit a nerve and that’s when it hurts😅
Omg I got COVID and then I got hit with pink eye on both eyes too 2 weeks ago 😩😩.. I was ugly crying to my husband 🤣🤣.. hope you feel much better by now beautiful!! ❤❤

I also had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant and she was growing so big she came out 9 pounds 11 oz but honestly don’t go all out on new born clothes I did and I didn’t even use it also diapers I never used the new born diapers and DO NOT buy the mom4 bassinet if your baby is going to be long I only used it for 2 months only 😭 also when the baby is home make noise get him use to the noise so he won’t be crying when someone is making noise or screams. lyg ❤️
