But i .have a problem: after to make the setting , (count of pieces, plates, geometry expanded), when i do the nets, cypcut showme the next : "Size plate is too small, no parts add to nest" ..Im sure that the size plate is not small, because in the setting plate i have size of a 1,5 meters x 3 meters.. Do you know wich is the problem?

It is possible to nest on another computer and save as a laser document then move the file with a USB drive. You would need the same software on both computers so that the files could be shared.. Cypcut is available for purchase, and it is possible the machine dealer could also supply an additional copy of the software... Ideally you would have a copy of the same version.. There are also more powerful nesting software types that require more powerful computers to get increased yield from each sheet, if you are in a factory it is likely you would benefit from more expensive software to reduce waste of metal.

We made a few videos for calibrating the head, and changing the protective lense.. I just need to get the time to put the videos together.. I'm doing these when I have free time.. I happen to have a laser, I'm not a laser machine sales rep, hence the slow pace of videos being made.

It helps to calibrate the sensor with the vent fan off, and to be sure your metal slats are reasonably clean and reasonably flat, also wipe the tip of the nozzle with a clean cloth while using blow to remove metal dust.. Next is to use tabs to hold larger parts to avoid the parts from tipping and bumping the head.. Even still it is not unusual to have the sensor trip once per three or four sheets. One thing that can help solve the issue is to point a camera at the laser as it is cutting to record what happens before the alarm sounds.. That way you can solve the issue..
I have not maxed out the parts library, but I only cut 10-15 unique parts at a time.. I'll try to see if I can find the limit. You are limited to 999 of each part at least with my version of cypcut.

I'm fairly sure that the software requires a license key from the manufacturer to use, I'm just a guy who owns a machine that uses the software and made the video to be helpful.. It should come with the laser machine it will be used with anyway.. I have had the laser machine for about a year now, and have always programmed the sheets on the machine.
