I don't know a lot about this case, but I will say that everyone deserves their day in court, unless we know 100% that a crime was committed. I have been working with children/families for 30+ years and most things are NOT what they appear to be.
I kind of figured that. I started watching A lot of her cases during COVID. She seemed well traveled and talked about her time in D.C. I was like and she chose to move to Atlanta? I always thought it was due to family why she was back in Atlanta( meaning that was where she was actually from)
This was an add-on hearing for bond reduction. Cases 22CP210500 reduced from 5K to 3K, 22CP211078 from 15K to 9K, 22CP212559 from 25K to 15K. DDA Winfrey stated no dimissal was submitted by the state for Case 23 CP215407 (CWAC). She said “we will just revive this case in an indictment” (not could) but will. If indicted he’ll be re-arrested on a grand jury warrant. Three additional cases were added during this hearing, one of which is another CWAC and they will be held before Judge Edwards. **CWAC = Crimes against Women and Children.
Judge 🧑⚖️ Pretrial 😆 I like that she uses the case numbers because that’s how you keep all this together. Judge Adams makes no sense only wanting charges and dates, that’s why she had everyone confused because criminals can commit the same crime on the same day! 🤦🏾♀️

I am glad they are seeking indictment on that case#. Attorney for the state doesn’t seem to be on top of things. The last bond hearing judge ripped her a new one.

Agreed....I don't have a dog in this fight; however "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere". Everyone deserves their day in court regardless of what others may think they know what is going on.
I suggest you start a petition for criminal justice reform in GA. That is the only way laws will change. If you don't live in GA, reach out to those who do to start that process. He has a right to bond which he was granted.
Nesto might be on to something. Every time he closer to getting out the DA hits him with something else. The CP charge is back in play with possible indictment by grand jury. Give him his day in court already.
Looks like you need to write the GA legislators to take up the "day in court" statement. It appears the DA is working within the confines of state law and the only way to change that timeline is to lobby for it.
@shugarae1 There were times when his lower level charges had a bond. And in the hearing, & additional very serious charges were added with that had no bond. That's what I meant by "closer"

I think Joey is trying to “understand” however everything doesn’t always make sense, especially when people like Nesto lie about the situation. So we really can’t trust Nesto’s words. Victims of trauma are often conditioned to be available to their abuser we don’t know how or why she has endured this trauma some people don’t get it. I think talking to Ladies it helps Joey have a better understanding of the victims.

She's done Lives & was interviewed by IS. She even took questions on her Live. She keeps lying about not wanting to be with him & still speaking on Shirley's daughter. I'd sue her for defamation.
