Did I misunderstand one of the calls? But I thought it was said because he was charged for fraud they froze the bank accounts and repossessed the cars. That was why Shirley had no money or vehicle? Here is a question I’ve been wanting an answer too. Why would a pronounced, self proclaimed baller buy a computer from pawn shop?????? I don’t have a partial of the money that they state is Shirley’s net worth. But, I have never bought ANYTHING from a pawn shop less alone a computer.
The pawn shop should have a record of the laptop sale and possibly the purchase of the device. If so this could easily give the benefit of doubt to Ernasto. He seems suspect to me.

This explains why he said after finding out about the charges in January she stuck around, yeah because this 🥷🏾 been LYING the whole time about where the charges come from. Telling her they did that just to keep him in there, he should’ve just said I’m not sure where these charges come from, at least that would’ve been an honest answer (If he really didn’t know). However, I also believe he wasn’t fully honest with his original attorney. Whether they believe you or not, you *need* to be honest so that they can defend you the best way possible. We can say Shirley knew something but I think most can agree she’s ignorant to the criminal justice system because she’s never had to deal with it so she took her terrible arse husband’s word. In lots of these recordings, SS put a women down (her friends, her daughter, the hairdresser, etc) talking about how they were jealous of her, and wanted her life and what not. As a result I have no sympathy for this high and mighty ding bat.
I mean... they are slightly more articulate. But I think if they truly believed he was a 100 percent innocent that they would've tried a LOT harder to come up with the money for another attorney. If Shirley truly believed he was innocent she would've gone to Steve, her friends and anybody else she could think of asking for help. The Go Fund me would've had more than 106 dollars or whatever was on it before it was shut down. All they would need is a forensic investigator to look at when that was downloaded onto the device. They would be much much more vocal about him being innocent. But they are not really sure.

Law of attraction is based on the premise that whatever you're most focused on is what you attract. Job starts off with "What I feared most has come upon me." That describes LOA (law of attraction) perfectly. Nesto was definitely afraid of being poor, furnitureless, and 'basilly' what he considers a nobody. His comments about how much he would not accept the CP charge (because I'm sure he knows how those charges are viewed by other people) show that it was a big fear or concern of his especially if he was viewing those kind of materials. I'm sure if Dre and Shirley were really a hundred percent convinced of his innocence then they would be shouting from the rooftops and doing everything they could from begging Steve to help to asking the public to making their own type of fundraiser or something like a go fund me. (It's against gofundme's policy to ask for money when it's to fight those kind of criminal charges.) But if they truly believed he was innocent then Shirley would be trying to sell the heck out of her candles, selling everything she had in that storage unit, maybe even taking public transportation. And even Dre would be trying to get a loan or come up with some type of way to help. They at least suspect that their might be some truth to it.
Exactly, he is still sitting in a cell despite having these friends with lucrative business, and even his own requirements of a woman being able to afford him. He got what he focused on avoiding the most, poverty, isolation, and humiliation of the worst kind.
