How to specify environment variable for all functions in lambda? I would like to keep connection string in it.

I'd recommend storing things like connection strings in something like systems manager parameter store or secrets manager and then loading them at runtime. Typically I wouldn't recommend storing anything sensitive as an environment variable. You could use Power tools to load them docs.powertools.aws.dev/lambda/dotnet/utilities/parameters/
