@LifeStylebyJaved1958 can you tell me under what NEPRA document, net metering billing is explained... my question in particular is....NEPRA Act para 14 (4)....which says that only units are netted off and all fixed charges and levies will not be paid by DISCO..... levies like Qtr adj, FC surcharge, ED, FPA, GST are all govt approved.. but for solar bill calculation, if export is more, even no levies are billed for peak hours, hence zero levies to government..... what is the document or rule which explains it... thanks
