No, but it still protects the right to do so as long as you don't allow your beliefs to act out in a Seditious act or participate in an Insurrection against the Government, or it's duly elected Representatives and the people themselves. However, this was the case of the January 6th assault on the U.S. Capital. The intent was stop the lawful transition of the U.S. Gvernment and the certification of President Biden into Office! A dark day in the history of this Great Nation. Never to happen again.
