I do appreciate that you’ve come to try and address worries but this feels like people’s concerns really aren’t being taken seriously. There’s a bit of discussion about the south west and saying we understand people’s upset but no thorough conversation about it. The podcast also feels very biased in favour of the changes. I would have welcomed views from Asha Francis or other Bath people who have been totally devastated by this. Rather than being a positive move for netball, failure to bring the whole country along with you feels like a massive misstep. If you live in an area with money and good facilities, you are welcome into the netball family, if you live in an area without you can watch from afar.

Being a Netball fan, I'm still be watching the superleague next year. being a scottish superfan I support both Thistles and Roses and also love to watch netball in general. Just that I have never had the opportunies in my region to see if I could be good at it so I watch it instead.

Great ep, loving the passion and openness we’re seeing from Claire and Tamsin. As an adult fan (so not affected by whatever happens with pathways) I’m buzzing for next year! Hopefully less teams will make it more competitive. Can we get the filming done properly for next season though please….

On the one hand you say that there is an issue with youngsters driving around the country - you then bin south west team and pathway based at a university

They said the pathway wasn’t going anywhere for the southwest, but they don’t know who will be running it.

So the pathways not working? - stand out stat on 7 / 28 players in top 4 teams currently - sounds like EN need to invest in building more clubs and more leagues where more people get to actually play the game all of which will underpin the success of this new Superleague 2.0 Netball love. That's the job for EN not this group of people. Would have been preferable to have launched the fixture list and to have given more info about the structure, venues and rules of the new league at the launch, shame that the launches now getting bogged down with the negative stuff. The players and the coaches need this to get on with the next steps ASAP ( tbf opening message from Liz).

I completely understand every thing you all say and can see the visionary and where it’s heading and I’m so excited. Everyone is scared of change naturally but in years to come things will only grow and opportunities will become endless. I agree we must become the die hard bums on seats fully committed fans and closer matched games will defo do that..I watch the NSL every week and I see the views increase each season and I’m coming to the final. Yes ticket prices will increase but we can make days out to great places to watch insane netball ! I commend you for championing change and as a fan will support and can’t wait to watch the game evolve ! Wander if we will get the super shot eeeeeeeek!!!
