in production we dont expose the server to public right , so we dont have any public-ip and we only can ssh using bastion host, so can you explain how to private jenkins server to connect to prometheus server , if they are in same vpc is that enough ???

If I stop these instance and then start these instances again will it work properly or will there be some things that will have to be done again? If you stop the instance the ip address will change So you have to update Quality gate ip address And sonarqube server ip address in Jenkins dashboard If containers running Check with docker ps -a If any containers otherthan sonar Remove them and continue with the project That's fine

The container name "/netflix" is already in use by container "87ebb452135e69979d3ca0c71a42559268a0cebe3ca20d08ce9ecd2a1e87cc5e". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.

Using that docker image create new container in another Ubuntu Server through pipeline.

That works fine you already pushed to Dockerhub right so you can use that image in any pipeline by using docker pull or docker run command

Yes we can do with SSH plugin and you need to generate a key in jenkins and add public key to target server and use sh 'ssh user@target-server "docker run -d -p image" '
