I've had the same problem for over a week and have tried everything including clear cache and data, uninstall Netflix and reinstall, unplugged as you've suggested both TV and modem and nothing has worked. So frustrated ☹️

Hi. I tried all of these solutions. None worked. My TV was over 2 years old and I was ready to throw it in the trash and get a new one. What the problem was, was that Netflix would get stuck in the buffering mode where I would get the little spinning thing and the only way to continue watching the streaming video was to back out of the movie and then resume. This got old very quickly. Sometimes having to do it every one or two minutes. I even contacted Netflix who could not figure out what the problem was either. So I found another video on RU-vid saying to take the back of your TV off (after you unplug it, of course!). By the way, this is very, very simple. Just lay your TV, face down on something soft. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Then you take the ribbon wires that it have a hard crease in them (during manufacturing they do this) so that they lay flat and UN-crease them. You have to refold them so that they lay flat but don't put such a hard crease in it this time. Be gentle, you don't want the wires inside to break. Since I did this I have not had one problem.. not one! Luckily I didn't have to throw my TV in the dumpster! Yay!

My network connections are okay but the network server is all showing x and i have trying to find the problem cant seem to fix the Netflix code error either.I have done everything still it has refused
This helped a lot I wasn’t watching for a week and I thought it was a lil bug but I disconnected. Then first try it I was able to sign in and watch again 😫
I fixed this by turning my hot spot on my phone then connecting my tv to phone internet. Then I could sign in to Netflix. Then I exited Netflix, Turned off my hotspot, re connected my tv to my home wifi then I could go on Netflix again
Thank you so much what happened was I was trying to watch my soul then my Netflix just stopped working the first thing I tried was to exit Netflix then I tried deleting the Netflix app and he was doing it and then I said you know what that's it I'm going to unplug it then I unplugged it get like you said for 5 to 10 minutes then I did the factory reset I put my Wi-Fi by internet password then I went to Netflix I logged in is work and that's fine I'll just saying thank you so much
Did you try resetting everything? Yeah these smart tvs (I have 2 others), are not so "smart" after all, to be honest. Try unplugging everything for 10 minutes then plug them in again....
En mi caso, no me salen las palomitas verdes, salen taches rojos, pero si hay internet, puedo ver otras aplicaciones menos Netflix, quise desinstalar la app para volver a instalar pero mi televisor no lo permiten porque estaba preinstalado.
If you're here and all these don't work, clear cache and data, then connect to another network. Login and voila!. Then connect to your previous network. Enjoy!
Sir I've encountered same problem pero po kapag napunta po ako sa More Details and the Check internet. Puro X po pa lahat yung mark. Meaning po hindi naka connect yung netflix ko sa internet pero sa netflix lang po ayaw. Sa youtube and other browser naman ok naman po. How to fix it? Please hwlp po
@@supertolentinofamily sa netflix po? Di ko rin po ma log in ung account ko kasi nagseserver error 2-5 po pag inoopen ko po ung account. Subscribed na po ako sa channel nio.
Solo cambien en el menu la salida de audio, *menu *sonido Y cambien el sonido a cualquiera que aparezca ya sea cine,musica,juego etc y problema solucionado.

Hello, I can now confirm I have netflix back up and running, it turned out I had to leave my TV unplugged a lot longer, all night and all the next day, its all fine now. 🙂
