I mean his overall suit became much sleeker and less blocky, more reminiscent of how Ultraman looks in general, plus compared to his original type B suit his Type C suit looks much more organic
@@ashwolf2006since shinjiro is on a technicality the son of ultraman he have the ultra-factor of his father but unlike hayata who gained it in older years and thus it's underdeveloped shinjiro is born with it and thus it gives him some unique abilities and the most important thing *specium organ* the thing that generates the energy that's used in type-c as unlike the A, b suits who need the ore from Mars the type-c also have all the upgrades till now they have (including the dimension wave defender and astra and leo suits nanolaminated alloy coating) plus the suit is literally created to be more ultra like as shinjiro is continuously growing to be a ultra.
As simple as the Type C suit is, its still one of the best suits in the franchise, plus the whole aesthetic of the Ultra suits is so amazing and you can see the differences between suits made by the SSSP and suits made by the alien faction working with Hokuto aka Ace, SSSP suits tend to be blockier with small square eyes like Type A, Type B, Version 7, Jack, Zoffy and Taro while the alien suits tend to be more sleek and have big round eyes like the Ace suit, Marie suit and Type C
@@shijirohayata3488 yeah, but I also remember that Jack works for the US branch of the SSSP and that the Jack suit was made so humans can fight without being damaged
@@KaitoD yapool made ace, jack, taro, and in the manga Leo and Asta's Suit. he also upgraded SSSP ultra suits with the help of hayata's friend and best part is Seven finally get's his Eye Sluggers and a Badass bike.
Man oh man I have never seen anything like this including the Ultraman suit up transformation sequences I bet Tony Stark AKA Ironman sure would be proud because trust me I always wanted to do that
The Easter Eggs of the original sound effects really made it for me. Still deciding if they should have added a little bit of the appropriate theme songs as well.
I stumbled on Netflix's version of the Ultraman anime out of curiosity exactly 1 year ago, and I was ultra-impressed, LITERALLY! I like the unique diversity of the team; from Kotaro Higashi as a photographer instead of an up and coming boxer ( which he WAS 51 years ago ), to Ace ( in the Japanese version the voice of Hokaru was female, and I almost thought that Ace was a young woman.... he's s a guy after all, so, I'll leave it at that 🙂 ). I saw both seasons one and two and I'm 1/3 of the way of the third and final season of the series ( episodes 1-3... gotta a lot of catching up to do ), especially that Rena is now Ultrawoman Marie, and Shinjaro's new Ultraman form closely resembles the Original Ultra's form we know now... like I said I'm 1/3 into the final season, and I can't wait to see how the latter two came to be and who the Final Boss will be, and I'm looking forward to seeing Ultraman: Rising coming in June to Netflix ( and I'm determined to keep it ( Netflix that is ) a little while longer! ). Thanks for the showcase of the henshins / transformations of Netflix's Ultraman warriors!
Manga is still on going, and a bit of spoilers there manga is a lot more fleshed out than what netflix showed. and has better pacing of the story and actually explains somethings.
@@ashwolf2006yeah but the thing was that the manga doesn’t have enough rn for the anime to use so that’s why they went the way they did. Tbh I’ve been reading the manga past season 2 and I honestly kinda like the anime more tbh
Seeing shinjiro suit transform from its old self into its .. well im gonna call it the awaken form or true form ... shows he's finally awaken the power of atrue ultra .. - smiles - and i do suspect a certain father was watching all of this from the sides lines and with a smile that earth has guardians now
They made figure-rise models of Tiga and Zero based armors, makes me wonder what other Ultras would look like as these types of armors especially Belial and Traegar!
It's a shame the teen storyline isn't for me. Would've loved to see a version about his father, along the lines of Howard Hughes or the first mission to the moon.
Well... His father story is already done back in the original 1966 Ultraman. Though there are a little bit of difference in Hayata / Ultraman story between the original timeline and this alternative timeline, such as for example in the manga/anime timeline Ultraman himself is the one who defeats Zetton, while in the original 1966 Ultraman lose to Zetton and the humans are the one to defeat him. The Netflix Ultraman is just an adaptation of the manga. In this timeline there is only one M78 Ultraman that came to earth, different from 1966 timeline where after the original Ultraman there are others from his planet that come to earth.
When i watched the final episode of ultraman season 3, when shinjiro's armor is transforming, i was expecting for him to transform into that giant og ultraman😂
1st season was fire. 2nd was okay but very rushed and under developed. Season 3 was okay but weak plot, build up and conclusion. The ending giant of light transformation was amazing tho. They could've really done better with the whole series. Bemular needed a bigger role and better death. Also Seiji Hokuto in nerfed in season 3.
@@debutriah2854 everyone in the netflix series got nerfed down badly for example in the battle for new york arc. Seven took down the golden fortress MGR style and killed one of the terrorist's Lt. without even giving the guy a chance to fight back. granted Seven was pissed off from hell and back. there's also Hayata taking on the darth maul wannabe only in the manga the guy had 8 arm's. and the old man broke all of that aliens arms and introduced him to Suplex city after beating the crap out of that guy. there's also jack who can actually go toe to toe with Red king without the suit which earned the big guy's respect. and even the other aliens consider's him the strongest earthling,
this story happens in an AU where no more Ultraman came to Earth after Shin Hayata's episodes so when alien activity starts threatening Earth again, it is up to Shin Hayata's son to become Ultraman, Ironman style the Ultraman in this show are all akin to Ironman, they use mechanical suits of armor to achieve super human feats, and a majority of them aren't even 100% Earthling humans, most of them have gained extraterrestrial enhancements, so they have super soldier like powers even without the suit, they only wore the suit to keep that power in check
@@firxanza5172 the thing that still confuse me, after original ultraman left the earth, where are all giant kaiju goes? why almost all the enemy in this series is the size of human height?
@@kaizeremperaiga1807so basically all those enemies they all just normal alien, Not Kaijuu..... I guess Kaiju never came to Earth anymore maybe because of Universal Alliance, since they plan to make Earth join them. Only Zetton show in the series can be categorized as Kaiju. Honestly some part of the anime doesnt make sense to me, one of it was about Rena.... how the hell she become Ultraman..... We know her mother was an Alien but her mother was'nt Ultraman.... unless her Mother once had the power Giant of Light same like Bemular & Hayata. They only reveal that her mother was an Alien and thats it... I wish we can see more Rena as Ultrawoman Marie in action. ☹
@@kaizeremperaiga1807 the giant alien kaijus weren't all giants to begin with though some are during the final chapter for the battle of newyork alien Pedan took a couple of vial's that turns him into Kaiju, this is later revealed to be the drug that the aliens and other monsters took to become giants. Adad used a very small amount of the same drug when he fought Leo and Astra, and he still got overpowered by the two, the drug was also used again on the 3 fake ultra's but they were overdosed with it and had gone completely berserk.
@@imabestboy2415 there's another ultraman series that follows this one. called Ultraman: Another universe and the first two chapters features Tiga and Zero. as well as other heisei and neo heisei ultra's. also Ultra suits like tiga and dyna are completely modular. due to their form changes.
go check out the manga as it's still on going, and last i checked the giant aliens and kaiju's are back. what's funny is despite being human sized they can kill those titan sized monsters with ease.
ulta's can change their size to human size to even microscopic size. infact 1966 ultraman fought an alien in human size when it attacked the ssp's base. and Seven tend's to fight a lot in human size on his series. in fact he once destroyed a mech from the inside out by shrinking to a size of bullet and then changing size when he was inside. also the smaller they are the less energy is spent just look for the gaia and agul fight the two were fighting way past their time limit in human size.
@@ashwolf2006 still, it's a bit disappointing that they decided to go full human size in this show, even if there's an explanation for it. this show IMO is not ultraman.
It still feels kinda... like, fundamentally WRONG that Shin Hayata's this universe's Zoffy. Like, he's the OG, man, he shouldn't be out there in a another Ultra's look, doin' their poses and finishers, blasphemy. He and Shinjiro should've swapped in that regard. In the original show, Zoffy's suit was a modded Ultraman costume, and I think that would've translated very well thematically in this iteration. Like, Shinjiro inherits the same basic design as his dad, but it has details distinguish him from his dad, not the other way around, ya know?
Because that's the point, the show takes place years after the original Ultraman show and they made these suits as a counter for the aliens that are still appearing
