Saturday 14th June 2014 saw the Netherton Road Flute Band walk from Lidl in WIshaw to the Netherton Community Centre where they were treated to a fine display of music by The Black Skull Flute Band.
I love you guys, your "One Two" is so iconic that it creates an immediate " ten hut" and a full on swagger, that makes me immensely proud to be a British citizen. God Bless The Netherton Road Flute Band.
The guy walking beside the band is a regular on the buses. I think he just nips about with no particular place to go to interact with the bus crews. I saw him one night get on and sit opposite a guy with a rottwielier. he then asked " does your dog bite?" the person with the dog " no , only if you annoy him". our young hero then poked the dog in the eye and got bitten. our hero then said " you said your dog doesn't bite". " aye mine doesn't, but this one is my sisters ". true story and still get a laugh with the bus drivers from that guys antics on buses
Hats? are these the irish idea of the Scottish balmoral? they look chinese and with the plum sticking out to the side, you would think they were all taking a left turn :D are these the same people that burnt the Saltire in George Square Glasgow.
