In today’s video, we have a great recipe for one of Sri Lanka’s popular fishes: anchovies (nethili meen). Try my recipe to achieve flavourful and crispy anchovies. You won’t be disappointed. Pay attention as I’ll give you the tip to frying marinated anchovies that won’t break apart in the oil. We all don’t want oil soaked fried anchovies right? And double the cleaning? Fried anchovies can be used as both, an appetiser or side dish, so enjoy it as you wish. Rice and puttu are great options. Enjoy!
