I would like to thank you Jamie. You are one of the few chefs out there who I feel is doing all of this for the right reasons. You are the definition of a true idol, as a man, as a chef, as a father, as a husband. I know we dont always know what's going on in the background, but if oneday if I have kids I want them to respect food like you've taught your kids. I'm sure Buds is gonna be a wonderful lad, just like his dad.

I love to forage for my veggies and stinging nettle is delicious, so are fiddle heads and fiddle heads are absolutely wonderful in ravioli.

When you live around hippies, this is nothing new, lol! I've had soups and stew with stinging nettle, stinging nettle on pizza, and whatever else you can think of where evergreens might be used. I did a really tasty Indian curry Latoya dish with nettles instead of chard. Really tasty! They cook down a lot just like spinach--so you need more than you think for a dish.

I remember Jaime years ago when he trained the underprivileged, had a show here in America. He was wonderful. This is Jaime years later. Let's see what he's got! I love Ravioli & want to try nettles, got tons of them here on my 50 acre property, so away we go!

once as boy scout our brilliant troop got lost on a camping trip and we ended up walking through a field a stinging nettles. painful to say the least - that stuff is no joke. but it also means i never forgot that camping trip!

I have a big garden. 7 years ago the place was packed with nettle , you couldn't walk in the garden without fell it. Nowadays it's really hard to find any nettle because we eat it all . Soups , juices, couscous etc.

Nettles are fab and over the years I have done many recipes with them especially during lockdown, but what I really, really appreciate in this video is the LOVE from Jamie to his children and from his children to Jamie. I admire you Jamie on many levels - as a chef and for all the campaigning you do on food standards and on the links to health, for spreading awareness of just basic good quality food and how to cook it simply - but most of all because you are just a normal, honest, nice human being.

I don't know in your country Jamie, but here in Argentina today is Father's Day. So congratulations man, you are a great person, an inspired and professional cook and a great father!! Your videos are showing more than one recipe! From father to father, lots of love to you, man!!!
