Nettles - How to make your own nettle bracelet. 

This is the process I do to make a nettle bracelet, or just cordage in general. It's the same technique used and the same finishing technique as well.
Once we have collected our nettles, we need to separate the fibres from the nettle. We do this gently but firmly squashing squashing the nettles. Then we need to open up the nettle length ways and lie it flat. We need the inside of the nettle facing to the sky. Then fold the nettle back on itself so the inner woody part snaps, leaving the outer fibres intact. Then gently peel the fibres off, leaving you with nice long nettle fibres.
We then need to dry the fibres out. Once they're dry. We then move onto the process in the video.
