Network Error while Connecting the EC2 Instances

In this video we will see the Possible Reasons for Not Connecting the EC2 Instances or Not Ping the Public IP which is allotted for Our Virtual Machine.
Reason1 : In Security group we not create the Rule for ICMP for IPV4.
Reason2 : In Security group we not create the Ruke for HTTP.
Reason3 : May be we deleted the Internet Gateway and one of the strong reason for not connecting the EC2 Instances.

I have done all these but still gating the error There was a problem connecting to your instance We were unable to connect to your instance. All though now gating reply from ping.
