This cutting-edge multi-part professional development programme for coaches brings together leading thinkers and practitioners to help coaches understand the opportunities, challenges and developments within neurodiversity.
It is clear that awareness of, and adaptability to, neurodiversity is becoming ever more important within coaching, education and the workplace and it is critical that, as coaches, we respond to this.
Likewise coaches themselves may need to work with their own neurodiverse traits that shape how they practise as a coach.
This 20-week programme consists of 16 weekly deep-dive lectures as well as 4 facilitated consolidation sessions and will take you on a journey of in-depth learning that sets out to provide both sound theoretical and social context as well as practical knowhow for coaching.
The lectures provide the core concepts and ideas for you to explore and are delivered by leading experts, thinkers, and practitioners. The consolidation sessions then provide a dynamic and engaging peer learning environment for you to consider what this means in practice.
Beginning with an exploration of the very concept of neurodiversity, the programme will explore current challenges and opportunities as well as social and organisational contexts before providing a series of workshops on practical dimensions such as contracting, ethics and partnering.
With leaders in the field presenting their perspectives and specialist knowledge, coaches across the world will benefit from the latest thinking and understanding of neurodiversity laying the foundations for greater sensitivity, effectiveness and ethical practice.
This programme is delivered in a live-virtual seminar style, providing you with opportunities to learn alongside your peers from around the world. Your learning is accredited and certified by Animas Centre for Coaching, and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation for 30 CCEU. Upon completion of the programme you'll be awarded a certificate an digital badge to demonstrate your achievement.
