It must be known that although tremor is a common feature in early PD, akinetic-rigid presentations can occur in up to 35% of patients and this lady certainly seems to have more upper limb akinetic-rigid features than tremulous PD in her OFF state.

This is early parkinsons.

Good video. People are waiting 9 to 12 months to see a neurologist in the UK the NHS is shocking, second rate, failing and totally pathetic!
