In this whole lecture we discuss about Neuromuscular junction . In this lecture we mainly focused on Definition , structure, synaptic transmission and neuromuscular blockers.
It is junction between branch of nerve fibers and muscle fibers.
In its structure we discuss --1. Axon terminal / Endplate potential
2. Synaptic trough / Gutter
3. Synaptic cleft
4. Sub-neural clefts
In the heading of neuromuscular transmission we discuss all 5 events.
In the neuromuscular blockers we studied - CURARE , BUNGAROTOXIN , BOTULINUM TOXIN AND SUCCINYL CHOLINE.
