Congragulations, you've essentially made a crude cyclotron. All you need new is some heavy elements to bombard, and you're doing some science! Speaking of which, there's an idea for you.. make a cyclotron in powdertoy.. It's basically similar to this design, except instead of storing the neutrons with a stasis field, you funnel into a cyclical loop of sorts, and then once there's enough of them in there bouncing around, you toggle an opening to appear, to let them all flow out. Both in real life, and in game, this allows the neutrons to fly out of the device in a much straighter uniform trajectory.

there is a trick i use to make pressure reactors with uranium, you need to have a layer of 3 ceramic, 3 titanium then 3 ceramic so when the titanium melts, it can re freeze and seal it again. (when i make that a reactor, i fill the inner part with more barriers of ceramic and uranium and ceramic then a core of polonium to start the catalyst reaction and rise the pressure since it self melts/boil.) just saying that this could make your beam temporarily meltable but self healing too!

IDEA: you could use ISOZ to create photons, then overheat those photons and use INVS to turn the photons into neutrons, to make a neutron cannon

At this rate, homie is gonna invent the first FTL engine in a game I played in elementary school to make things go boom.

I have an idea. DEUT condenses when cooling down. You could have a reservoir of freezing DEUT that is sparked by a single neutron. You can capture some of the neutrons that come out to spark the next reaction.

i think the majority of some issues are cooling, most real life reactors have cooling systems so maybe there are some elements in poweder toy to create one

Can you make a non-compressed proton bomb? There are ways to generate large numbers of protons without using compressed deuterium, so it SHOULD be possible to make a world-melter without using commands (or cold)
