There are few things out brother Surya did incorrectly 1. Always find ways to escalate if you visit the same showroom again and again it's not useful, find out Royal Enfield grievance officer details, MD details and escalate 2. File a consumer complaint in NRC forum online 3. Be authoritative, requesting doesn't work should've sat infront of the showroom and informed customers about the issue they cannot kick you out of the road 4. Reveal showroom and management details make them close their showroom, no mercy after such treatment (If the story is true)
I hated this RE's poor customer relation and also their overhyped products. Despite Honda showroom 100kms away from my place Ranipet, I have took CB350 last year March. Every time, I twist throttle, that smile of refinement never pleases to fade still. I have tried there service centres, Chennai North la JSP, Chennai South la Kun adyar and Bengaluru la VFM. All of them have very good expertise in service and offer premium work for 2lakh bike. Service labour, after free service konjam costly but their tech knowledge is very good, definitely every friend considering Royal Enfield, should check Honda atleast once and take a final decision
As a RE owner and Being in vellore i have faced lot problem with that branch they treat u like a trash but there is a another showroom in vellore sainathapuram which is much better

I am riding RE since 2006 (got my new Himalayan 9 months back).. not even a single time to went to the dealer for service. Dealer is waste of time and money. There are many local mechanics who are specialist in RE... Find one of them and don't waste your money and time at the dealer service centres...
A valid point to trust passion and not the brand. I had 2 models RE and was never happy with service and had to sell both bikes and moved to a brand with less maintenance..

The only thing that pulled me out of buying a RE 🤐 my friend's 2020 classic 350 which was left on the showroom for a oil leakage problem was kept on a dumpyard in the showroom for 2 months which was later delivered with heavy damages.

100% True bro, I bought 2016 RE Classic 350, In 2018 Jan to March I spent 21k for service alone, Ennanamo kadha sonanunga service centre la bore, piston problem adhu idhu nu, Just i driven 27k kms that too only in city rides, Last aasaiya Vanguna Bike uh, Service center la irundhu veliya vandha udaney sale pannen, Idhuku mela porada mudiyadhunu, Ipa Bajaj D250 use panren last 1.5yrs uh, They are Far better than RE in sales and service.. Think before you buy RE guys...
I wanted to thank RE for making me wait for 4 months for Meteor so I cancelled and got CB350. done 3k kms in 2 months one of the best investments I have ever made.
People are very lazy to do their own bike repairs I mean RE bikes and service centres has lot of complaints about their bike but why still people ending up with buying one I don't know

Yes bro you are 100 % true ,if you really want RE dont go for new bike instead go for old models👍 I am owner of bullet 350 bs3 2013 model, vehicle quality is good, without any hesitance you can go for bikes till BS4 but I strictly suggest to not to buy Bs6 especially Himalayan , himalayan is an failure model of royal enfield , so dont go for it 1 out of 10 bikes have engine and bore failure dont go for royal enfield at all and coming to service do not go to service centres they are just running behind targets so they will not solve your problem and they charge you huge money always go for dedicated RE mechanic in your town they have more knowledge than service centres. Hope my comments help you all. I also heard from many of my friends that himalayan is worst and most bike belongs to bs6 are not well..
I have an RE Interceptor. I totally agree with you. I have a few bad experiences with RE. I have a Honda CBR 250 too which is my first bike and their service is far better than RE.
Hey Arun, agree with you. it is definitely a problem with Dealership but one thing we have to see is how much company is getting regular feedback from dealers or customer feedback in email? When they start looking this aspects definitely company and customer relation ship will increase . I really sad for him but as we are there we can help him with mortal support. I am subscribing to your channel just because you posted this video.. naan 2008 first twinspark thunderbird owner.. appavae re appdi thaan.. i stopped going to RE service center after a year or so after my stay weld got broken and no proper response from RE! 346 cc engine .. romba heavy crank .. ithellam single cradle stay la avanga build pannum bothey avanga expertise therinjurukanum.. after learning about bikes i realized what blunder is that without balancer having a heavy single cylinder on a single cradle! If you don't know a personal mechanic , never buy RE!
Feel sad for Surya. I was a Classic 350 owner myself. 4 service Paathen. Onnum urupadala. I then started changing oil, cleaning and lubing chain myself after seeing many videos on YT and going through a lot of forums. After that I found a good mechanic in vyasarpadi after much trial and error. I always warn my friends who ask me never to go for RE at all. Mothathula RE is a waste. Bro, please ask your friend to file a Complaint in the Consumer Forum and ask for compensation. Once they receive a court notice, they will surely respond or will be forced to respond. Some of my friends has done this and received good results.

Yamaha also have same problem bro, I have Yamaha mt 15 athula false neutral problem vanthuchu . They took 1 month to rectify the problem. Engine ah full ah kazhatitanunga ippo vibration problem and fuel injection problem iruku. Pothum da saami nu apdiye use pannitu iruken 🙏🏻
me too facing like same issue.. service centre damaged my Meteor tank 2021 February but today 2nd march -2022. still they haven't replaced the tank with a reason last one year there was no production.. only fools will believe these.. the biggest issue they delivered the bik with defective sensor.. i was not aware of engine malfunction light function.. it was glowing ever since day one of delivery. i faced a strange vibration and engine noise since day one. service persons committed it would be resolved in 1st service. but they did nothing, then i took it to some other service center and they realised the issue and arranged technician directly from RE. then they opened the engine and did some adjustments. then vibration got reduced.. but still im facing a wiered noise from the engine at perticular RPM rage. i highlighted the issue to RE.. many times.. but they simply blaming... that you don't know how to ride bike. im 15years of bike riding experience i owned pulser 150 & 180, hornet160 and almost rode all bike 650cc and below sigment.. but they simply telling i don't know how to ride bike... still im fighting with them... i can't be easy Brey for RE... i will give always trouble to RE until they give good service...
@@avim4896 yes sent more than 20 mails explaing the detailed issue. but each time they ask a apology and do a noise measurement keeping the engine in idle RPM and would tell every thing is ok. i think their SOP is made by a chief of jockers in the world. i told them a wiered noise comming in perticular RPM rang may be 3000-4000RPM. but they taking noise reading keeping the Idle RPM of 1000-1500RPM.. and they gave me a world record explaination that each meteor engine performance differently and one meteor must not be compared with another Meteor.. still thing how this could be possible...
bro why ur struggling with the service center , i had a problem lately with my clutch assembley , clutch bell used to go very often i was very frustrated and dropped a mail along with the receipt to the CEO of royal enfiled . within a week i got a call form service center and they changed entire clutch assembley itself . instead of shouting with service center try to approach the manufacture chief of TN distributer it wil make sense

But I have story bro actually I book Himalayan at kattupakkam royal Enfield showroom in June 19 2021 but still now I don't get my refund amount 😖💔 daily na ketu tu irukan bro antha showroom close pannitanga so enaku Adyar la refund process pannaranga inum varala na daily call panni kepan processing nu tha solluranga 10,000 bro 😖💔 na customer care la complaint panna epo avanga helo pannaranga but I don't have trust 😖 really antha kattupakkam royal Enfield showroom ena treat panna vitham romba mosam bro

Royal Enfield dealers are all very selfish and only motive is to make big profit at the cost of the biking community. I bought classic 350 lucky to get good condition bike but the vibrations and knocking was always present, had it for seven long years mostly good memories but nothing to say about dealer services ! In future, decided never to buy any model bike of Royal Enfield ! Present day, proud owner of KTM happy with the bike Thanks 🙏
Thank you for talking about this Arun. I had a similar story with my REH.... Always had magnetic coil issue and it was never received. Out of frustration sold it for very little money. But now I am happy with my Dominar 400 for the last three plus years... Not even a single issue with Dominar... Only service cost...
