Lol. It's not that it dries anything out. It's just not a lubricant like so many people think it is. In order for it to ACT like a lubricant, you would be to be in constant application and even that would silly to do. WD=Water Dispersion/Displacement (ICRR). Good news is that Non Chlorinated Brake Cleaner can easily remove all residual from most of the wrong "lubricants"
