@@TumorWarrior67 Someone told me, it's called 3 bitches for them slopes on the Emerald Canyon fire road LOL! You can also ride the fun single-track segment of it to the gate. But at the end, you'll have to turn around and climb back up all the way!
I recall going down RattleSnake for the first time years ago (on a 26er, yeah it was that long ago) and was given this advice for the gnarly rock sections: Keep Moving, Don't Slow Down!!! Great video Zach...aaaaaaaaannnnndd...THANKS FOR FEATURING THOSE RADICAL CLIMBS!! Climb, Climb, Climb :) Happy NEW YEAR!!
Thank you, and thats the same with me, that was the first time hitting rattlesnake since 2014-15ish, I cant remember, Happy New Year to you and your family as well!
A good loop is lizard to missing link to rattlesnake. I used to ride that alot during the week. Then hit the luge ever Saturday or Sunday morning weekly when I lived in CA. Out here in TN it's totally different. You climb less feet but there is way less down. So your always climbing and dropping. Kind of non stop pedaling. 600ft climb ride feels like 1400-1500 back in socal.
Nice! Im not really enjoy Lizards right now cause they changed it to be super easy, missing link is a weird on for me cause the last couple times ive ridden it, ive hit or fallen into cactus, and rattle snake was not that fun when I rode it, idk why it just wasnt my thing...and thats awesome! TN sounds amazing and I bet the scenery is super beautiful
@@TumorWarrior67 yeah lizard was getting dumb last I rode it as well. Bunch of ropes and they started digging out the rocks. Before I left CA I was mainly riding Aliso, lyinks, rocket, and the bunch over there. Also started exploring San clemente as well. A lot of great jumps over there and the climbs seemed not so bad.
