Oh yes, to implement love into our daily habits is very healing. From a spiritual point of view fermented food is too "old", it has a tamasic quality. Fresh and freshly prepared food is more sattvic. That's the way I learned it and how I see it.
Then there is no wonder why this idiot suffered a stroke and barely survived 😂. Bro, open our eyes and look. There is nothing better than fermented food to improve the gut health which is essential for overall health and longevity. It is something which is backed by both modern medicine and traditional medicine alike. Ayurveda praises Yogurt highly which is a fermented foos. There is also "Kanji" which is a traditional fermented rice soup. You shouldn't take financial advice from your barber or health advice from your spiritual guru.
For one thing for sure. My grandma never drink milk or eat cheese, yorgurt or drink coke or high sugar drinks or ice or plentiful of fermented meat or seafood! She lives healthy until age 96th!
What to eat instead and still have a fit body? Also really interesting I would like to see his Opinion about Bryan Johnson with his Blueprint Protocoll
Fresh food is preferable. Let's say as fresh as possible. Cheese needs so ripe for weeks and months. Instead take fresh milk products, if that is a choice. Old food has a tamasic quality, that's why Ayurveda states to eat freshly prepared food only.
I think Indian health advice works best for Indian people. i used indian health advice for several years at least and my digestive fire became to powerful. I have to eat heavy heavy foods for my stomach to incinerate.
Yogurts are good as long as you don’t take the industrial ones full of added sugars and fake tastes. And btw most of fermented foods are good (sauerkraut, cheese, natto, kombucha, some fermented fish). This video is just nonsense.
@@ianstuart5660 I agree. I usually am not bothered by such stuff because this is the internet and stuff like this are rampant. Sad fact is, there are gullible people who actually fall for this and learn it the hard way. May God spare their earnings and hard work lest they fall for this and lose all their hard earned money and livelihood. Money comes and goes, but this would be an unfortunate way for it to go.
ON THIS VIDEO THAT THIS PERSON SPEAKS WHAT EDUCATION BACKGROUND DOES HE SPEAK FROM ? WHERE SCHOOLED ? ON ANY SUBJECT ? BACKGROUND CONSISTS OF BEING A TAXI DRIVER THEN BECAME THE ALL KNOWING SPEAKER ? QUESTION EVERYTHING ! EVERYTHING GOT PRICE !
This guy really needs to look at some data before opening his mouth. While I can agree with a lot of things, saying cheese is a problem makes me laugh. Do you know which country is in the top 3 life expectancy on Earth? It's Switzerland. Do you know their top two food products? Cheese and chocolate. Blue zones also eat cheese. It's all nice and fun to be mystic and spiritualist, but have the decency to know hard data first.
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Ana Graciela Blackwelder.
Jiddu Krishnamurti will lead you to the spiritual desert. He was not very well informed on the physical aspects of the body. His whole teaching was about the mind. The illusion between thoughts n thinkers.
@@ChoicelessAwarenesshe was aware he just didn’t think it was important for psychological wholeness which in this day and age is the number 1 problem. He often said the body has an intelligence of it’s own. Also, saying don’t listen to any guru read Krishnamurti is basically saying,”Don’t listen to a guru listen to this guru” “don’t get on this boat, get on this boat” Although Krishnamurti wanted you to get to the realization on your own and that’s what he strives for in his discussions a lot of people were clinging to the bread crumbs and never got to the cake.
You don't have to watch this lol. I don't like some aspects of him as well. But I found that some info or perspective that he has on physical health helps my life.
@@frijou so that people understand . What he is on about. Absolutly nonsense m8 i will keep watching his videos and will post coment if he speaks like an idiot
And perception of those eating meat, chees ,sauerkraut created our entire world of advanced technology, medicine, space researches and your, ancient is still in same place. But healthy,I hope.
I love kefir and I feel amazing after drinking it and my gut loves it!! So I follow this rule, if my gut feels great I continue eating it whatever anyone says...for example I am allergic to tofu, chickpeas(but I do great on lentils and beans), chicken, eggs and milk(but not kefir and yogurt). I am vegetarian and I eat fruits for breakfast(only fruits)
