Keep a marble or granite top ....instead of wood. Wood maybe two seasons and then again it has to be redone . I have a granite top and glass doors ...with a metal frame. It's doing very well even after 8 years. And best is in times of a party or get together,it can be used as a table top for a day.

Battling with your own emotions makes a great warrior and you are one of them, par Haan wo balcony ki ladki centre mein thi use carpenter ne bahar ki taraf kiya hai Coz I think the washing machine cabinet is big and I would advice to use tiles or granite stone instead of ply because wooden ply barish mein saddegi ya phir deemak lagegi, ab jab inhone ladki us taraf kar di hai to uske upar baithna safe nahi kyonki pressure bahar ki taraf zada hoga.
