Mannnnn. Thanks a lot. I did the process whithout understanding ANYTHING about what i did. And it works. Then my emails can send. It's almost a miracle to me, seriously.
Thanks Keaton, good video as usual! Hey, would you have any idea about why my leads do receive my emails (from my domain name) but the email is empty?! The text is actually here: if you hit Reply, it appears as usual. But when they receive it, it appears empty. I've been looking for a solution with no luck! I'm quite desperate about this. Thanks in advance!
Hey Keaton, thanks for your videos, they're definitely super helpful. I just have a quick doubt that wasn't able to solve with the videos I've seen in regards to the automations once this has been done. When you set up the email automations for your clients, what do you use as "from name" and "from email" when using option 3? Can you use any or should they match the subdomain you created for your clients with the third option you showed us on this video? Thank you!
I ran a email automation from GHL. But the customer can not replied to my ghl email address, it says my message has been blocked. What should I do to prevent this? Which email setting should I change? Please it would be a great help if you reply!
If I am going to use High Level for mass E mailing my own business only will the $97 / month version be all I need? In my case what would the advantages be of paying more ?
Yes you can do it on the 97 plan. The upgraded plans are more if you want to have more accounts (Maybe for other businesses), marking up the email credit and sms costs etc. But if it's just for yourself you can make do on the 97 plan :)
Thanks Man, quick question, if I wanna do database reactivation for my clients, should I do the step 3 or 4, because if I'm gonna send massive email bulk for each client in the same domain I'm afraid it's gonna land on spam, I'm I correct ? Please a little bit of information would be appreciated.
*do I have to use a subdomain? what if I just do domain email... any differences tho? also with a dedicated domain email, is there a sending limit amount per day*
Thank you Keaton! This has been a bottleneck in our onboarding process. Very helpful information! Do you have any recommendations for an email warming up service?
I did that setup but when a client sub-account is going to send an email, its defaults to my email as the from email. Where to set that for each client?
@@ItsKeaton thats it. I was testing on sub-accounts without Staff users. When logged in as a Staff A, defaults to that email as from. Scared me for a sec lol . Thanks Keaton
On Level 2 - does this affect your domain's health? So if you have email campaigns for your clients - they go off your agency domain's 'credit score'? And if this is the case could you use a burner domain?
@@ItsKeaton and do you have a video on sending emails once all these DNS records are set up? Because I’ve set it all up but now I can’t send any emails from highlevel😵💫 from my clients sub account or my own
Amazing video thanks so much but still confused about level 3, you say that a seperate subdomain will protect others but I thought that root domains get affected by bad email practices? So how does having a seperate subdomain help?
Keaton love the videos and your content about GHL. Your process went off without a hitch, Thanks! A couple quick follow up questions on the email side: I created our main agency account as a subdomain because I could not figure out how to set up the agency settings any other way with automations, landing pages etc. 1) I bought a separate domain and created a dedicated domain on GHL for landing pages and cold email outreach to protect my primary domain from getting banned for hard bounced emails. If each new agent we bring onboard gets a subaccount, how do we assign appointments to them from our main agency subaccount to their email calendar to be visible in their subaccount using the round robin setup? Also, how do we add or have the calendar appointments and email show up on our agent's mobile phones? With gmail you just integrate those with smtp as another email, does the lead connector system have smtp to connect it to your phone? 2) We have gmail accounts attached to the primary domain used for regular customer conversations. These emails are used for scheduling purposes as well. The domain currently points to Hostinger hosting. Is there a way to integrate them to GHL for newsletter and other automations?
I'm using hostinger and when I add the two MX records they cancel each other out. My mxa record get deleted when I add the mxb. Hostinger support has no idea how to help lol
Awesome tutorial. If using custom sending email inside our DNS, would you recommend to your clients warm up their email before sending out a huge email blast, or just not even mention. I feel the concept of warming up emails is too complex and will confuse most clients.
@@ItsKeaton If this is the case it's prob best to set up on one domain that's already warmed up then ya? For me at least would be easier for clients to use email right out of the box instead of having an sop for them warming up their domain. To complex for them. But then in this case would prob need to have limits on the amount of emails they can send to protect sender reputation. Let me know if i'm making sense with this.
Hey Keaton, nice video. I need your help, please. How do you send cold mail via ghl or instantly or similar? And if I set it up on ghl via this dedicated domain how many cold emails can I send out to not get marked as spam? Ty
Do you need to set up step 2 in order to set up step 3 or are they unrelated. In other words, is setting up at the Agency level a pre-requisite for setting up at the Sub-account level?
Great video. I've struggled for months trying to get this email figured out and haven't been able to. This video provided the steps I was missing to get it done. Now it's working. Thanks my friend.
On my account it won't verify the very first txt record that you showed us. Other than that, this video is gold. Putting together my own sales sequence process where I rigorously reach out & follow up with a few hundred QUALIFIED businesses. Do you have any recommendations on how I can get the last step verified?
Sometimes it’s just finnicky - come back a few hours later and try it again and it may work. Or just hit verify like 10-15 times and it should eventually go through
which email provider are you using to manage your email inbox? is this also possible to manage through GHL/Lead Connector or do i need a separate provider liek Gmail, outlook etc? 😃
Hey Keaton, would you think connecting it to your main domain you use for everything is bad? Do you think i should purchase one different domain to use just for all my clients instead of messing about with my own?
What is best for deliverability? What do I set as my outgoing email address now, should I use the subdomain we created or continue using our normal email addresses with the root domain?
hi keoton, i bought an other agency course last months but i just realised they dont teach ghl. so im asking if your course agencydominance 2.0 - teaches building agency in SWAS model and everything on ghl ?? and how to setup whitelebel crm and so on . Technically course teaches how to build marketing agency (service) + software crm and all . does your course teaches that. im trying purchase it sir but given you reply to your viewers, i just said let me ask . bacuse my plan is to do SWAS MODEL . meaning offer service with software as well. thanks brother and may allah bless you
Hey man! Yes my course is perfect anyone looking to do SwaS - and we go deep into GHL. You can book a call at go.itskeaton.com/clarity-call if you have more questions or just check out at ItsKeaton.com/agencydominance Looking forward to having you in!
@@ItsKeaton Without doubt it really did. Had to totally revamp some stuff but more than worth it. Gonna have to dig deeper into your video library see what else I need to sort out haha.. thanks again.
3 Things: - Start sending slowly to people who are engaged - Write emails that people actually open and engage with - Continue 1 & 2 - only send to people who have engaged recently and send good stuff. This is mostly it
Hi Keaton. I figured that it's best to use ghl to manage inbounds since they will give consent and preserve our credibility. However mg companhia does rely on cold outreach as well for lead generation. Does it make sense to integrate a cold outreach software such as dripify or saleshandy to GHL to cold call and email?
