@Dead Fox I think it's healthy to have a good balance of both emotions and logic. What I found is that it's best to not have expectations of other people. When you expect them to behave in a certain way, you'll almost always be dissapointed (and this is in general friends, family, lovers, etc.) Boundaries and standards are so much better than expectations, I feel so free now!

It takes a tremendous amount of time and effort, if it was easy, everybody would do it.
