I love how you include tidbits like how Fu Xuans 135 energy is the first character to not have a multiple of 10. Those bits of knowledge arent mentioned often
I think the fact that Fu Xuan has so much base crit is fun. That opens up opportunities to build _just_ enough to survive, and then the rest all in on offense. Especially in a game that'll go on for years, room for extra investment like that is valuable
I really appreciate the “Endgame Goal” section in the Main stat and substat section!! I usually understand how to build characters but have a surprisingly hard time when it comes to “I wonder how much Cr/Cd/ATK/DEF/EHR/etc this character should have” 😭
got her in 50 pulls and she can tank all 3 buffed quantum ape smashes while having 70% hp after... and shes lvl 50 rn. basically solves all my solo sustain needs and definitely not regretting this pull. thanks guoba!!
all i gotta say is i love how you still put in notes for dps fu xuan even if its a complete meme, gotta love helping out those inspirational gamers who refuse to build as intended (or maybe they are building her as intended because of the crit rate traces?? god knows...) in any case i got 100 pulls, no guarantee and a dream, pray for me and good luck to all pulling!
I used all of my leftover longeveus disciple from farming Blade, levelled most of them, and somehow got way better crit ratio than my Blade's own relics 💀 Coupled with the fact that she has crit rate traces and permanent 12% crit rate buff, she starts dishing out damage decently.
I think with E1, Fu Xuan as a sort of utility-heavy sub dps isn't *completely* out of the question~ With her skill and her traces alone, she has about 30% crit rate at base (not including substats on her relics) and then if you have E1 giving 30% crit damage, would help her push some decent damage with her basic attacks and ultimate. Just don't expect her to be your primary dps 😅
i mean ppl memeing on dps fire MC as well but i found it's while enjoyable for clearing mobs, instead of let her over tanky in double sustain team and doesn't provide anything anw. Same go for Fuxuan, If u run her in a double sustain steam, why not? u gonna over tanky anw, while single sustain might not be enough. This will also help u sustain enough and still provide some AoE damage if u have any trouble clearing mobs with single target unit like Seele and SW. I can tell her ult will low the mobs hp enough for Seele 1 shot every single one of them
@@sorakey4005It's just that it's redundant to run double sustain on MoC because Fu Xuan can keep everyone alive for up to 8 cycles depending on your build. On swarm though, go crazy. Double sustain is the meta there because survivability is top priority there.
I wanted her since 1.0 not even knowing what she does lol. I love cosmic aesthetic characters and I've been saving since Silver Wolf. I have 170 pulls and hoping for her and her light cone !

I'm so happy about that! People seem to have forgotten how Silver Wolf actually works and in general are jumping the gun on the idea of Mono a little bit, so I appreciate a more restrained take
Another underrated team concept that builds on that is double element teams imo, using Fu Xuan/Lynx + SW as a versatile support core. You can pair them with any other same element core like Blade+Bronya, Jing Yuan or Kafka+Tingyun, DHIL+Welt or Yukong, Yanqing (or Jingliu soon)+Pela, Himeko (or Topaz soon)+Asta
I'm glad you went over how the damage is divided; I saw a couple streamers claim that her defense and damage reduction didn't matter because it was based on the damage reduction of the ally that got hit, and I was pretty certain that couldn't be right.
shes definitely built for end game content especially the team revive this can be a clutch skill in swarm diff 5 when the 2 big ass beetles decides to dive bomb
just did the character trial honestly I feel so weird getting my ass smacked and getting damaged as a team panicking a bit because i was thinking how we gonna heal the damage over but there was a heal on her ult. not huge but seeing how much mitigation she does that's like healing over 1 and a half turn of damage for the whole team
@@twastea I don't think you do. She is pretty complete without eidolons but if you got her E1 it's a pretty good damage increase to the party, about 10% damage increase as per stated in the video.

Just tried her on MoC, and even though her traces are still at level 3, she can already solo sustain all stages, which was really shocking. Getting her E1 was the icing on the cake. Really glad I got her.
just got her, put her at lvl 80 and came to check your video to see it my prepared builds were acceptable and thank god you talked about the energy rope - dont have it, will die for it, fu xuan deserves she is everything i hoped for 🥺🥺
Thanks for the great guide! 😁 My pulls were definitely a rollercoaster of emotions. My plan was to pull E0 Fu Xuan and a few copies of Lynx, but I ended up winning two 50-50s and getting E1 Fu Xuan before I got a single Lynx 😂. E1 Fu Xuan came home at 90 pulls in total, while it took me another 37 to get one god damned Lynx. I'm really happy that I got E1, but I kinda regret that I didn't stop rage-pulling for Lynx 😅

The hype is real. Back then I couldn’t clear MoC 8-10 because the lack of sustain but having Fu in the team helped me a lot. I just started last July and I main Kafka and DHIL. I don’t think I need to pull for Loucha now. 😂
I FINALLY won a 50/50! I have lost all of my previous 50/50s since the games launch and it doesn't even feel like a 50/50 anymore. Still, I pulled mainly because I just like her design, very happy to see her being just as strong as predicted as well!
Same here I lost all my 50/50s where my only limited are SW and Kafka and always took me around 150 pulls so I'm very happy I won this time with Fu Xuan at 80 then my first win in her LC.
She's definitely a solo sustain material. Tried it with Mono Quantum+Tingyun on MoC 10 and I never saw their HP go down red. Heck even Quantum team+Blade works
Nice overview. I think "We are Wildfire" deserves a mention, since it's her most accessible LC. Plus, it can be pretty solid for short fights (most of the fights in the game), and the healing before each fight is pretty interesting in some content (ex: early stages of Simulated Universe, or "exploration" in general).
The base stats and turn based buffs means it’s useless unless you clear super fast tho, and at that point you can run anything, and idk if I’d recommend lvl 80ing a cone like that
Firm believer of crit Fu Xuan here. With E1 Fu Xuan, even Lynx is a subdps. All hail the Presevation queen. My E0S1 Seele, E2 SW, and E1S1 Fu Xuan eating good today.
I plan to build her as a sub dps FOR NOW since I plan to play using mono quantum with lynx, so survivability isnt really a problem until a quantum harmony character comes to finally complete my mono quantum team
I got a guarantee ready after failing to get Kafka E1 let's get the bag (hoping I get good luck on the cones but I should have enough to make up for an already unlikely bad pull I hope) I am STILL thinking of that E2 damn it looks so cool, but Jingliu tho Also gonna be building Lynx for sure, interested in a guide since there's no (non-Luocha) healer guides from you yet and as far as I can imagine they all should be like the same lol
I'm in the same exact situation as you lol. Lost 50/50 to Clara while going for Kafka E1 so have a guaranteed Fu Xuan. I've stopped at E0 and now saving for Jingliu
Pulled her between 70- Pity (eas on guarantee). Never thought a Sustainer would be as fun as she is! Also picked dup an e1 lynx, her eidilons are amazing btw!
i got her and FINALLY cleared swarm disaster difficulty V, shes a MONSTER!! love her so much! also if she isnt cute enough already, her 2 hair strands bobs up and down when she runs, making her look like a buny :3

Got her to e1 with 90 pulls! Paired her with mov I got randomly and now shes sitting at 7k+ hp and 1.8k def. Somehow got enough effect res for broken keel too! Big W 🎉
Thanks for the guide! I ended up farming some Longevous Disciple and Broken Keel relics with decent crit substat rolls, so I think I'm gonna try investing a bit in crit rate/DMG to try and push those synergies rather than going full tank Fu Xuan. I even have a Crit Rate main stat Longevous chest with otherwise good substats that I'll probably try running for the memes and might swap out later. Hopefully, she will still be tanky enough to solo sustain through MOST content while also bringing some non-zero amount of damage contribution, and for the harder things that she CAN'T solo sustain, I'll just bring Lynx along with her. I get that being able to bring a solo sustainer to absolutely everything is ideal in some ways, but I'm totally fine with giving up solo sustain on the hardest content if it means having slightly faster (maybe a couple turns shorter?) runs on the vast majority of other content. My teams haven't been good enough for the last few stages in each MoC anyway.
@@guobacertified Well, I ended up sacking E1 for Fu Xuan when I was rolling for more copies of Lynx, so the damage from her ults has been alright in AOE situations in SU and mid-level MoC, but certainly not a game changer, of course. And if I didn't have E1, it would be even less noticeable. However, with Texture of Memories, Fu Xuan had no absolutely no issues staying alive in a SU W7-4 Destruction run w/ Preservation MC (mainly just as a Breaker and to taunt the Deer's annoying Outrage), Silver Wolf, and Qingque, and she only ever dropped below 50% from Path Resonance. The only real issue was that it was a bit iffy to try and keep the rest of the team alive as I kept spamming Path Resonance and cutting everyone's HP, since she was the only source of healing and it wasn't very much. That being said, it's not like swapping the crit rate % chest for HP % chest would increase her outgoing healing by very much anyway, given the ratios. In that situation, it would probably be much more effective to just bring Lynx instead of Preservation MC once I have her built, so I don't feel like there would be much benefit from pivoting Fu Xuan to full tank. Plus, I don't think there are many, if any, situations in the game other than SU or Swarm Disaster where slightly increasing her trickle healing would make a difference, given how short most fights are. I am curious if the extra ~1500(?) HP from swapping to HP % chest would make a difference for her solo sustain/survivability in the highest MoC floors, but again I'm not super concerned about that right now. For now, I feel like, while the extra damage I'm getting is not super significant, the extra survivability from going full tank seems like it would be completely useless/negligible, so I'll probably stick with this build for now. EDIT: I forgot to mention that I'm running 4 pc Longevous Disciple and 2 pc Broken Keel w/ Quantum DMG % sphere as well, which further drives home both how mediocre the DMG she brings is, and also how unnecessary additional tank stats feel, since I'm not having survivability issues at all thanks to the insane tankiness coming from Texture of Memories (outside of highest level MoC at least).
Welp nvm, some of these teamwide ult attacks fromin higher SU and Swarm Disaster difficultfrom es Cocolia, the Deer, etc. are nuking poor Fu Xuan unless I get a super tanky build going with Destruction Path. Time to go full tank I guess

Excited to try and pull for her. Got 90 wishes saved up on the 50/50, hoping to win so I can commit to E6 Qingque from the current shop; otherwise I'll have to save my starlight and see how much of my starlight reserve i'm willing to spend to get her :p

Hey thanks for the great guide as always! Im running her on 8.5k HP with ERR rope and 154 speed. Should I drop the speed boots and go for HP% because of the way her skill works? Or maybe i could swap the boots to DEF% since my def is a little on the lower end.
I managed to Pull her! with Lynx 😭 so happy she is amazing I love her kit! but still doing my best to get her signature LC cause having trouble with LCs rn cause still have a few more week about 6 more weeks until I get the herta lc 😭 so I'm trying to get her sig lc hope that I will get it 🙏
I got her on day 1 since my pity was at 64 pulls and got her after 10 more pulls. Here’s what I learned about her! In Simulated Universe, try to avoid the blessing that distributes damage between ALL teammates. It will actually work against Fu Xuan and make it more difficult to sustain. If her MoP field is blinking on the ground, it seems to be fading and would be a good time to refresh it. That would also net you more energy regen! Overall she’s very easy to build and level up. Of course you would benefit from leveling everything but for starters, definitely leveling her talent for tanking right away is a must.
I pulled for fu xuan on my 2nd account (Just so i won't regret not pulling her immediately for my main account i'm staying strong for jingliu) and she's OP and idk to me she can sustain the whole team by herself (i tried her in MoC 8 with squishy chars.)So yeah haha watching ur vid to teach the same friend i mentioned last time tnx as always for the guide man keep it up!

This video gave me hope that I can get both Fu xuan and Jingliu since her lightcone is not necessary. I felt a bit obligated to get Luocha's since it was the only abundance lightcone that gave atk scaling, but I have an unused MoV sitting in my inv since I pulled it on standard and it'll be perfect for her :D

I'm just waiting for her to come out to test her out with my build. I've heard time and time again about how much X stat Y character needed to have, and nowadays I run 60% EHR on SW and almost never miss anything on moc 9-10, Crit kafka, etc. I'll wait and see if Fu xuan is another case like this, and I personally think she is. I think as long as you slap 8k HP on her she'll be fine for life, but every other CC is just saying the same things so I guess I'll just withhold judgment until I can confirm for myself that she actually can become an immortal solo sustain with barely any building
If I can manage to get her, she would be an absolute killer unit for my Jing Yuan and potentially Dhil too. Sure, she's not as friendly as Fire MC, but if I can skill, basic two turns and then skill again, the same effect should still work in my eyes. Would just mean a little less up time potentially on using Dhil's full basic rotation. But if it means easier sustain with Luocha and Tingyun, then I think it's better.
i wonder if there's any value in running both fu xuan and lynx together on more damage oriented builds, especially in a non-swarm disaster mono quantum team Lynx covers fu xuan's biggest weakness ie. cleansing debuffs and DoTs, and while both of them being on full support builds would be overkill for most content, having them both built for damage might be a good balance. fu xuan could tank a little, lynx could cleanse heal a little, and both could also do a little bit of damage on the side. neither of them have split scaling like natasha and bailu. if anything, it'll put that massive 18% crit rate on fu xuan to some use. hmmm
Yay, got my beloved. And I forgot Lynx was coming out, so now I have another healer (other than Nat whom I dislike and Bailu whom I already use) to take into MOC.
