I’m not a professional but I found freedom from both of those things by waking up and talking to God daily. I stopped focusing on what others told me I need to do and I stopped doing things to impress others and accepted myself for me and chose to live for God only. His will not ours. I pray you find freedom of depression and things that are out of your understanding. In Jesus name amen 🙏

Your words i couldve written myself - they so fit my situation right now. I feel empty lost and broken too. I sit here late, knowing God knows us intimately and has a plan, but I still get frustrated and ask "How long Lord"? when I pray and not only dont things get better, they get worse. Lord, please allow the holy spirit to guide M. S. thoughts and footsteps. Lord, please wrap your arms around and comfort M.S., according to your word, in Jesus name, Amen. Everything will work out, just pray daily and give thanks to God in everything. He will see you through. Hey it took me 3 attempts the past 9 months with going through different group therapy sessions for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. However, I knew who I was and how I was brought up. I told them they can keep that medication, and Jesus will fill my prescription. I went and started individual counseling with a Christian doctor from my church one a week. I can tell you the only tears I have cried in the past 3 months are tears of Joy. No more crying and staying in the room because of sadness and hopelessness. If I'm in the room now for an extended period of time, its because I am Praising and Thanking Jesus for bringing me out of darkness. I seek his word daily, and pray daily. He is the Bright Light that shines even on the most cloudy day. Stay Encouraged, God Bless You

I am too often tempted by despair and discouragement, but with each temptation, I call Mary or Jesus with confidence and everything is sorted out right away I would like to advise you to make a sincere confession and then go to mass with all your heart, but I believe that you are a Protestant. I assure you that the Confess and Communion are so essential to draw closer to God, if you knew what joy, what peace and what Love that God gives me! the Grace of God penetrates less well in a soul soiled by sin, and it must be washed! As for Communion, It is really the Real Presence of Christ in flesh and blood, God really Present in a small Host which comes to strengthen us, the miracle of miracles! And all of this is taught in the bible if you want the verses tell me. Let go of your prejudices and look into the question my friend! I want your good. First of all, pray pray and you will see God will answer you! But don't give in to these desperate thoughts, ignore them and entrust them all to Jesus.

I have been listening to these little videos for the past 3 or 4 weeks, and they're always what I need to hear! God does not want us to live in despair and discouragement. He says very early in the Bible and all throughout, "Do not be discouraged. Do not be afraid. For I, the Lord your God goes before you and prepares a way for you. I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will uphold you with My righteous right hand" ❤ And He says "walk boldly and confidently, stay strong in the faith, do not grow weary and give up. Gratitude replaces feelings of sadness

Wayne...........I have no job, no prospects, most likely I won't get one either. I'm also alone. I have no family. Because of my situation I have nothing to hope for, nothing to look forward to, and nothing to fight for (?????)

God bless you and open doors for you. Use this phase to study in your area of expertise or experience. For now l am learning so much from the social media and meeting people who offer me opportunities, also try to serve others this time, you don't know where your key to open doors will come from. Read as much as you can and practice so that when you are out socializing your conversation have substance and people will notice you and remember you... go out there and use every know as stepping stones, learning till you get your yes.

Praying things turn around for you to get a job you love with great pay & you are blessed beyond measure. I have been out in & out of work the & just got a call this morning for a new job starts temp but its a start non the less & Iam grateful so in saying that I feel like Ian suppose to inspire someone. Hope this helps you.

Is there anything you are good at that can help you as you look for your other preferred job? Do you have a passion or hobby you can turn into a side gig as you look for Formal employment? Above all keep praying and surrender each day to God. Say thank you for life and shelter, food , clothes, glorify God as you wait in the hallway for Him to open your door. There is nowhere in the Bible that says that God will not forgive the backslider. You are not the only one. Fear is of the enemy. God says to come boldly. That means without fear. Obey God. Trust Him.
