The foundation of loyalty is respect. Give me loyalty because it goes without saying, respect is a given. Those loyal only to themselves respect you on their own terms and they wishy washy. If you're loyal to someone your respect is established mutually, meaning you wouldnt revoke your respect just because you feel like it but based on what they do. If they arent loyal to you nothing you do to will ever earn their respect because their criteria is based on however they feel. If they feel like they need a change of scenery or they dont like your success then they can stab you in the back without hesitation.
