Its so unforgiving with the health I imagine a remake is inevitable as it sets up Chris for his showdown in RE5 hopefully they fix these issues. As always love your Resident Evil content thank you!

Tbh I don't understand the struggle that people had with this game ;D. It's one of my fav RE games and i go throught it pretty easly. It has a lot of things that needs to be change (like for remake). Voice acting can be better for sure, maybe just a little bit less backtracking (for me it's ok, but I saw people are crazy about this one), definitaly Steve character. I mean, he got potential, just use it... A little drama is ok, he's young here, and got a lot going on etc, but MY GOD, he was so embarassing throught entire game. Just don't do him extreme, get him in the middle xD. I really want a remake of this game, I love the atmosphere, lore and characters here.

Code Veronica is one of my favorite Resident Evil games, but it can be notoriously punishing for first-time players. I think this game has some of the best characters, plotlines, locations, puzzles and monsters in the series, but its unforgiving nature towards newcomers can really turn some people off. I'm hoping Capcom will remake Code Veronica because it's a really great game that could admittedly use a few tweaks. I'm glad you saw this through to the end though, Jasmine. That being said, if you thought Code Veronica was frustrating, I can only imagine how you'll react to Resident Evil 0 whenever you get around to playing it.

I did the exact same thing, getting really far only to realize I was screwed and had to restart all the way back at the beginning to fix it. Only back then I was renting a Dreamcast for the weekend just to play this game, and ended up having to rent the whole system and game for another weekend cause of it. Most frustrating game, yet so satisfying to finally beat it.

Got stuck on final boss years ago gave up glad to see you beat the game. Hope they remake this

Props JazzyGuns for finishing this horror classic. Yeah this game has it's frustrating moments (played that b.s myself) but you made it through. Hopefully IF the reimagining happens for R.E Code Veronica I hope you'll give that game a try IF it ever happens.

Congrats on pushing through! I really do love this game but it is so unfairly balanced, it really needs a remake imo. I know the Separate Ways post credits sort of hints that RE5 Remake is likely coming, but I hope Code Veronica gets one first.
