I grew up on him and my mom hated him. I remember buying the Eminem show secretly and picking the teenage cashier who would let me buy it without an adult 🤣. Here I am, mom, wife, bumping Eminem on the daily. Really appreciate your videos. Favorite on YT.
Wouldn't say it's underrated, video has almost 500 million views, more overlooked, I don't hear a lot of people talk about the song. I think Stepping Stone and Normal is more underrated
@@ghostlyripper4403 Yeah, I don't think the songs that have official music videos can be considered underrated especially compared to the other songs. Stepping stone is an awesome song but I can't stand the parts when a woman is singing in it. I would prefer it with only Eminem. I'm generally not a big fan of Kamikaze, there aren't many songs on it, but it has several skits and I only like a couple of songs. I'm controversial and I like Revival and Relapse overall a lot more lol
@@danitabori Relapse I understand but Revival? Yikes that is controversial lol but nah that's fine. What you said about Kamikaze is how I feel about Revival
Along with those 2 sides of the song that u mentioned, i believe Em was trying to say that his music latches on to the listeners same way Venom does. Thats why the dude with the afro picked up the CD (it was the Revival CD that Em stepped on on "Fall" after Shady conquered him). By listening to it the dude took the parasite in and passed it on to the others, just like how his music was spread from people listening to it. So its basically a triple entendre
Anyone else get chills from the last line?! Been listening to em since I was 9. Turning 27 this year and when he says “Eddie brock is you and I’m the suit”, It hit so hard because his music has such an impact on my life. It’s like his music speaks to my heart. I’m a Stan and I’m fucking proud of it
yo, I'm a hobbystic polish rapper and i found so much inspiration in your videous. I'm glad you are bringing simplified lirycs to guys like me as well. I am a huge fan of Eminem, but for obvious reasons I can't catch up with all of the complicated lirycal fuss going on. I listen to Eminem since i was 13 yo. Tomorrow i turn 23. It's been 10 years of my love to hip hop. And still you have managed to open new doors for my involvement to music. I'm greatfull. Thank you. Greetings from Poland and polish community. PS. Sorry for my bad english (It's an inside joke in my country :P)
Yeah he didn’t react to music to be murdered by side side AWell he reacted to it but he said he didn’t fully reacted to it because at the time he had a job
I was pissed when they only played the song for the end credits scene of the movie. I was waiting for it the whole movie while at the theater when I first watched it
I don't think it went over his head, but it was obvious what the dog was doing (just like the others). Not everyone has to say "the dog has bars" like xerox lol.
A month or two after Kamikaze came out, I was on an exam, finished, just handed the paper in and left. It was a type of exam when you don't know the result straight away, so I was feeling kind of terrible because I did not think I did well at all. On my way home I listened to this song and instantly I was like "hey, I did not do so bad, I'll definitely pass." I passed lol
I am glad you are giving this video a chance, just like i was asking you to keep an open mind to his "Higher" video promoting the fight, Eminem did this video promoting the movie "Venom", it has almost half a billion views. So "Higher" will get views as well, even if YOU will never go back to it, there are millions of Em fans that like it and will continue to visit it, "Higher" has 12million views now and it hasn't even been out for a week.😊
You get Fall vibes, because it's continuation of Fall music video. In last shot of video of Fall, Em jumps from the building and steps on CD of Revival album. At beginning of Venom, the guy picks up CD of Revival album (the same one)
Bro! Come to think of it, this song is a triple entendre: Slim Shady being Eminem’s “Venom”; Eminem being our “Venom”; Eddie Brock being overcome by “Venom”
Hey ThirdErnest , you are good at this reaction shit, it’s fire 👌.... but you always look for the left and right on your headset, a little tip here ( the cord is always on the left) 😎 cheers from Denmark
If you ever get the chance you should watch the Venom Movie. If you'd seen the movie before hand you'd see another tie in that this music video depicts.
In First verse Eminem Talks About Going Through Hell But He Further Carries This By Saying Hellmanns So It Is A Play On 'hell' Like Being A Hell Man (i am not sure just saying) But Yeah He Carries The 'Hell' Scheme With That Mayo Line.
Dope track and video. I knew 22 years ago when I were 12 he used words like they were bullets..... I also think he used to practice by dissing himself. Encore especially I felt like he was taking shots at himself in the mirror, just for fun lol
