You need to get out of pattaya and see more of the real thailand. People in the country are largely poor, but very happy with what they have. Of course, if a falang wants to flash the cash about they'll obligingly accept it, but I've always found it hard to pay for anything when visiting family or friends anywhere in Thailand. Ayuthaya is a beautiful province, but there are so many other interesting parts of the country to visit with way less tourists around, just get a car and explore. BTW: that was a boom boom hotel you stayed at...the individual car parks are to hide your car from the missus when she drives past looking for you.
Thiland is the heaven ,i m from india here some really Anti Mn law exists. In todays india there is a law where if a lady is dating a man, they have axe together consensually after the guy said he will/may marry her but after some time, he said he will not marry her then the lady can file case & then the guy have 2 choice i) marry her or ii) 7 year impresionmment . If he marries her , according to the marital rights of wife, he have to pay her money for rest of his life ( interim maintenance)😢😢 Basically man can't break up after dating only Wman can. & If married the guy have to pay money(1/2 pay check )to wife/ex wife for rest of the life. Thats why many man like me r trying to leave india forever. thiland or west is way better

There should be a compressor for the audio when you finalise your video. It may be called a limiter or leveller and keeps everything within crtain levels so it doesn't blast out @@welshboywebby

Outside the tourist area's everything is very cheap to eat. Night markets like this are indeed 30-40-50 baht max for a meal. Drinks are also very cheap. You have a very beautiful lady with you. Enjoy your time and just keep the wallet closed for not necessary stuff or support money. Not want to be negative Nancy here, just be aware to not spend money on things that does not benefit you. Renting a car etc is oke, because you get a nice trip and will visit places now you otherwise would never see or go to. Don't get too soft 😁or they will eat you alive😉

I prefer staying up in the village (near Phitsanulok) to staying in Pattaya/Bangkok. People are cool, everything is cheap and super laid back. Been married to a Thai girl for years and neither her or her family have ever asked me for anything. If there is a long game at play, its a really, really long game. 🙂

@@welshboywebby I experienced that as well webby with a girl I met in Pattaya …. first time there this year in February and went back again in June to her told her I’ll be back again in September, but it was a bit too financially for me. Three holidays in one year big holidays so I pulled out of it and told her I’ll be back again in February and guess what she ran off with another guy such is life … well she told me she won’t be around for the last two weeks of February, so that means she is going to be with another guy and I was coming on the ways from Ireland for her, we live and learn… but I will be back again in February for more fun… hope you had a good time at the village… I was meant to go up to her village as well to see her kid. Well she was not bringing me to the village. We were going to stay in the town so I smelt a rat. Something was wrong probably a boyfriend or a husband at the village?

When I am in Thailand, I stay away from those SQUAT POTS aka squat toilets like the plague! I can never figure out how to use them especially how to use them to take a piss without getting splash back.
Go with the flow is the best advice anyone can say about upcountry. I've had good and bad but keeping your feet firmly on the ground is the best. Mate theres only one way to use them toilets,make sure the doors lock,d take of everything waist down ,an make sure u got babywipes,sometimes the water dont work!!

Reminds me of mt trip to Issan with my Thai girlfriend ( of the time ) ten years ago, I had a great time , family and friends were very kind to me , took me sight seeing, temples , national park and never asked for no money at all !!!! Not all Thai women suck you dry financially , there are some good ones !
