Actually you can have kids starting at 21, so the Grandma could have been th at age when having the parent, making the parent 26 years of age, so, if they also have kids at 21, that child would be 6. And a six year old CAN make Happy Wheels. There is also the option that the person who made that map was adopted, making him her any age. There is also the option of being a pregnant teenager. The mom could have been one. So it is possible, because I don't know why someone would joke about a dead grandmother. Logic, man.
