Never Used - Templates & Rulers & Tools Oh My!!! 4 Clovers Quilting 

I’m sitting here chuckling at all the stuff we ALL had to have. Same boat.

I have several of the same rulers that you have. Some I bought for a class I was taking and some for quilts I was going to make. Most have not been used. Maybe someday I’ll use them. You are not alone!

We all have ruler and Fabric we have bought and never used. Maybe in the future you can grab one ruler each month to use and try and give us a video on it. Set up your 12 boxes ahead of time with fabric ruler and pattern. Than you pick up number to do that month. Would be a fun series to watch.

Wow!!! So many cool rulers! I have several of them myself that I have never used. I love Jaybird quilt patterns and have used her templates. I've also used the squedge template and several of the Missouri Star rulers. You are so fun to watch! You always make me chuckle!! 🥰

I think that all quilters are the same way. Fabric, tools, thread, books and lots of rulers addicts. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Wow😮! I have used a few of them . I organized all mine by the company or quilter who designed them. This has made it easier to find what I need. I really enjoyed this video.

love my wing clipper and tucker trimmer. if you have to do flying geese, it is one of the best tools. Deb Tucker makes wonderful rulers

super impressed that you've seemed to have kept the brands together. I have the Eleanor Burns day and night book and ruler and it was a fun quilt to make. I've discovered, over time, that so many designers have their 'specialty' rulers that really are no more than a common ruler with 'line up' lines, which of course help, but have decided I really don't need them. Your tri-recs rulers - I use mine all the time. And, I love, love curve piecing so have several sets of Drunkard's Path rulers. Wedding Ring quilt - I'm with you, no desire to do one. I absolutely love my Stripology rulers! I grab my mini quite often. I have a few of the Missouri Star rulers in your stash along with a few other rulers you shared. Deb Tucker rulers-I have quite a few because I took a class using them. Thanks for the enjoyable video.

Oh, My! I am chuckling as I watch this. YES, I have some of the same rulers/templates used and un-used. I took a class for the x-block ruler - came out really nice - but I have yet to do another one (it's on the to do list). I have several packages of the Marty Michelle rulers/templates - needed to do the patterns designed for the shop hop one year - like you - still waiting. The Eleanor Burns book with the template - really loved it - still waiting. If you have a lot of scraps (WHAT a quilter have scraps!) you can use the package of lots of templates to cut up the pieces into usable pieces (YUP - in the works) OH, the fun we had when we first saw them and "had to have them". Maybe one day - they are on my "to-do" list. Good luck.

Yeah, I'm guilty of this! I have all kinds of rulers and books, some duplicates as well. I am tempted to buy some of the ones you have! I know someone else has mentioned this, but you should do videos on using them -I would watch this! I'm convinced that this is some type of disease among quilters!

LOved your trip down use less rulers. How about a look at rulers that you use . You make me smile with your commentaries. Must get out my unused rulers living under wraps. Love from Australia.

I look at all of templates but I'm so scared to buy them after flipping them over and looking at the directions that are visible. I have never felt more stupid in my life than trying to figure them templates and some of the patterns out...oof. I do have and love the XL Stripology ruler and the Crative Grids Corner Flipper rulers in both sizes and use them all the time! I'm going to have to look up the templates you showed in the bag with the black edges...maybe those I can figure out.

Inherited mom's triangle and square lap quilts to finish, guess what no rulers just had to figure out which cereal box cutout was the right one!😅

Caution the tri reqs is not 60 ° . My Christmas tree skirt, goes up about 6 " on the stand in order for the edges to meet. So far no one has noticed. 😊
